Would give less starts if possible. They are selling 2oz bottles of inhouse made sanitizer for $8 bottle. When I declined they tried to get me to buy it by reminding me no one else has it. Ridiculous.

Very stressful experience here on multiple occasions. If you are a transgender patient I would advise getting your meds somewhere else the reason I say this is because a lot of places offer 5ml bottles instead of 2.5ml at the same cost.

Bob Sangha (the owner) is extremely attentive to his patients/customers and goes to great lengths to run a pharmacy that is both dependable and extensive in its services. I have been coming here for years for compounded and regular prescriptions after being recommended this pharmacy by multiple doctors who have placed great trust in Bob. He has a reputation as being a very detail oriented, knowledgeable and caring pharmacist which has also been my experience with him and the general staff at Surlang. It is important to trust the right people with your health and medications which is why I continue to go through Surlang for my pharmaceutical and compounding needs. If a doctor makes a mistake writing a prescription for me, Surlang has always caught the error quickly and contacted me and my doctors promptly to remedy the prescription so that I could still access my medications in a timely manner. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and will offer useful specialized insight often when I start a new medication, especially if I have questions that I need answered clearly and thoroughly. The staff are all highly trained and friendly which makes the Surlang experience so special. The website details information about the many types of services offered here (including veterinary and compounding) plus Surlang is also conveniently located beside a medical clinic. Surlang stands out as having a patient-centered approach through offering attentive service (even despite being in a pandemic and while closely following COVID protocols) and I truly believe my family is in safe hands here which is why I cannot recommend Surlang enough.

I am just amazed to find a pharmacy that doesn’t just fill your prescription, but also really care about your over all health. On my very first visit they actually asked how are you doing, and through my conversation with Bob he recommended a digestzyme-v because I was having a lot of heart burn and he said to give it a try. A few days later I noticed there was a substantial reduction in my acid and I just felt better over all . So next time I will ask the pharmacist for a natural alternative before going to the doctor for a prescription. Thanks for caring about your customers.

I had scheduled my 2nd dose in this location. I had notice that the Pharmacist name Christy He, put on a disposable gloves on her way to the room where she administer my vaccine and touch the light fixtures with the same gloves that she will use on me and just sanitized it for the next patient.I had call her out on it since I used to work in a medical field that the gloves shouldn't be reused for each patient and she should not be touching surfaces with same gloves .I don't feel safe getting my vaccine in this location. I am worried now that she maybe reusing the same syringe for every patient to save cost..

This pharmacy is amazing. Kind and caring. I have been using this pharmacy for over 8 years now and can honestly say I have nothing ....not one single bad thing to say. Bob and all his staff are brilliant. It's nice to know that there are still small community pharmacies that know you have a name and are not just a number with cash on hand. If i could rate them out of 10.....10 being the best....this pharmacy would receive a 15 rating. Thank you to all staff!!

As a Christian I am writing an honest review of my experience with the pharmacy. I ordered a prescription 1o days ago. The price was 3 times higher than I had paid from Pace pharmacy in Toronto. Then I paid for a fast courier delivery to be shipped to Lillooet where I live. I was told that I will get my shipment the next day and it will come by Loomis. I did not get my shipment the next day as promised. The pharmacy made a major mistake in giving my exact address to Loomis and because of this I had to fight every day by calling the pharmacy and Loomis almost twice a day and finally It got delivered on the eighth day. Very disappointing and frustrating. I was also worried because the drug was heat sensitive and the pharmacy even did not ship it with ice cube. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PHARMACY AND WITH LOOMIS AS COURIER.
