My experience at Rx PharmaChoice Pharmacy 48th Avenue, Langley... Knowledgeable , Compassionate & They Do Truly Care, with clear thorough explanations of each Medication, side effects, and “best time to take dosage”. They clearly understand complex overlapping medical diseases & rare conditions. Provides the highest standard of excellent care, as proven. ????Unlike the the competitors that make you feel like your in a Cattle run????????. Example; I phoned Rx Pharmachoice yesterday to have refills ordered, Amazing Pharmacist memory! he remembered my name by my voice. Always ask me by my name a warm “How are you”. Fantastic! 10 out of 5! Very friendly, they remember us and have put in time to get to know us, a small-town neighbourhood-style approach. They always have what we need or will rush order it in, no problems. A large array of product in their shop and knowledgeable about their medicines. The staff and this pharmacy are awesome. You can email them. They call back, are very helpful and prompt! They call and let you know your prescription is ready. So friendly and organized. Never going back to the chain drug store up in Murrayville again!

Phoned in to ask if i needed a prescription for my medication which they said yes than called back to say no so i got them to order my meds and now they wont give them to me wothout a prescription that you dont need? Constantly catch them lying beware

Went to Pharmachoice for the first time to transfer prescriptions over as I am new to the area. I cannot say enough about the staff. Everyone introduced themselves and anyone that came through the door was greeted by name. They were so accommodating and organized everything needed to set me up in their system. They go above and beyond with their service. I am so glad I chose to go there.

Shayma owns her Pharmacy and she genuinely cares about each & every client that comes through her door, she is helpful, empathetic, and so kind! Her clinic is new and she is looking for new clients/patients that need her support and knowledge. I would HIGHLY recommend her pharmacy to anyone who wants to feel heard, helped and treated well. I've been looking to switch to a smaller, more service focussed pharmacy in my area. The larger pharmacy in our area actually sent me home with someone else's prescription, the staff are overworked, and it's just become an unpleasant experience with basic prescriptions taking an hour or two to be ready. I popped in to drop off a prescription with Shayma. She was very polite, super friendly and caring. My prescription was ready in less than ten minutes (which includes extra time to enter in both my wife's and mine extended health) and she called me when it was ready. Conveniently located in the IGA strip mall directly across the parking lot from Dollarama. She also seems to have the best hours for a small pharmacy in the area. I'll look forward to coming back!

Absolutely amazing staff. The ladies litterally treat us like family. They have dropped prescriptions off to my door on their personal time. (I live 2 blocks away). Genuinely kind humans ❤
