A wonderful place in the community! Like a small town store, friendly and helpful! The staff at the Post Office go out of their way to help. Sima really knows how to run things! I had saw a product on the shelf that had a discount, but it was improperly labelled. When I went to make a purchase, I saw I was charged the full amount. The cashier went to check the sale price and said it was for the same product, but different flavour. So she asked if I would like to return it and I said "Yes, please." But she didn't give me my receipt and took the product from me and said "Don't worry about it," and just told me it's okay to leave without making the return in front of me. I checked my credit card statement and was charged the full amount of the product. I would never shop here for these unscrupulous business transactions.

I like the convenience of the location and check out staff are very friendly but I find that i'm being watched when looking at makeup and other items in that area which leaves me feeling a little uneasy. I understand they must have to deal with a fair amount of theft but still, it doesn't feel very nice.

I had gone to the post office to send some stuff and needed assistance. The lady, whose name is Seema, at the counter was so helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. Not often you meet helpful and pleasant people in today's atmosphere. Thank you for your help. Keep up the good work.

I go to this post office almost every day. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Seema is a constant cheerful figure there. She is knowledgeable and helpful. All the regular staff in the store are super friendly and helpful..

Awful Canada post service, will never be returning. I don't know how this old miserable clerk labelled as a "supervisor" is still working with her absolutely terrible customer service behind this counter, but you should really be reviewing how your staff treat customers.

Seema , the new supervisor at the post office has excellent customer service. She went out of her area to find my parcel. I wasn’t too happy when she made me pay for my mail box which i had free for at least 3 months (lol). Thanks for the great service.

The staff here are excellent they all enjoy working there also. Very supportive of each other and customers. The pharmacists review your medications including vitamin intake and advise if a medication doesn't work with a vitamin etc. Very knowledgeable and courteous - the entire staff and management have pride of ownership in the way they handle the customers.

This Walnut Grove Pharmasave is my favourite location I like to go. I go here daily to deliver all my mail as I have an Etsy Store. Seema and Nikita in the Post Office Department have one of the best customer service I’ve experience. They are friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their faces. They are so nice to deal with. They are knowledgeable and have excellent customer service all around. I highly recommend this location.

I find that the stuff is fairly over expensive here. You better off going to a grocery store. The staff are really friendly though at the till.

This pharmacy is MUCH better than the Pharmasave in Willoughby Town Center. Accurate waiting times, no games, good place to get your meds.

Their post office lost or gave away a package sent for me, and then brushes me off;. Terribly run operation. No accountability. Canada Post allowed me to log a complaint for my trouble but I'm out package and they do nothing about it.
