This is quite possibly the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and I am a frequent customer/patient. The location is central (downtown Langley City), the hours of operation are quite generous, the retail section offers lots of choice, prices seem to be competitive (IDAs store brand is *very* reasonably priced), the shelves are well stocked, and it's a very clean, pleasant atmosphere. Perhaps the IDAs greatest strength is the staff, though. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are beyond friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, and have never made me feel like I'm wasting their time. They make a point of calling me by name, they always seem to know what I need, even before I ask for assistance! If it's not too busy, the staff is happy to chat and joke for a minute or two, and it just seems so personal, that is, it's not "just business" and then you're outta there! I have unfortunately had to deal with pharmacies that want you in and out of their business as quickly as possible, so the IDA staff's personalized service is just that much more pleasant. I highly recommend the Langley IDA Pharmacy, and I'm quite certain that anyone and everyone will feel the same way. You just don't find this level of service anywhere anymore. It's absolutely worth switching pharmacies... without a doubt, you won't be sorry you did!

One product was priced highest that I’ve ever seen compared to other stores. Someone gave incorrect info over the phone. The male pharmacist is great.

They should not post the sign "Flu Shots Available Here" until they have the actual vaccine in stock. Very misleading.
