I love this pharmacy. In every way they are superior to any other pharmacy that you've ever experienced. They are fast, did I mention they are fast? They care, they have information that can help, they are always friendly. Whenever I cannot go to this pharmacy I am amazed by how difficult it is to get a prescription filled and how I used to accept that I had to wait a long time to put my prescription in (now I do it with an App), I had to wait a long time to pick it up (now I wait minutes sometimes less) and how difficult it was to get any information that I needed from the pharmacy - waiting to speak with a Pharmacist. Shrief and Ahmed are the best EVER - 10 Stars :)

Best covid shot experience ever!! I took my mom my mother in law and myself previously to locations in surrey coquitlam, etc. This clinic is exceptionally customer friendly - no online bookings available- i called on boxing day- the person on the phone says no problem - come in before 12 we will find a spot for you. Upon entry - given a form - 1 min later a guy calls my mom for a shot. Shot done, a chair to sit for 15 min or you can sit in a car. Whole experience took literally 3-4 mins from the moment you open the door . I wish everyone did business like these guys- and yes they have pfizer and moderna to choose from.

Fantastic staff who go to great efforts in making my visit personal. The employees are always pleasant, even when they are busy, and It seems like I always get a first name greeting when I arrive. They go out of their way to get the best for me and my family including obtaining a new $50.00 portable blood pressure machine for free. They went as far as filling out the form all I had to do was submitting it and two weeks later it was at my house. Brookswood Pharmacy reminds me of small town service delivery and accountability doing their best to keep my business. I won't go anywhere else.

I came in early for my vaccine appointment because I was in the area. They were quick to fit me in. Very polite and knowledgeable. I also went there a few months ago and they helped me out with a prescription that was really messed up by another pharmacy. The lady stayed later to help me out and I was extremely happy and thankful for them.

The staff are so fast and friendly.. I never have to wait for my prescriptions. They go above and beyond every single time. They even sat on hold for 30 mins with my insurance company to try and get the rest of my daughters meds covered. Something my old pharmacy never would have done..! They are friendly, and are really helpful. I will not go anywhere else. Tried shoppers and was tired of them constenly losing my prescription and looking all over for it(everytime). So it is a nice change. Michelle is great. Easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable. They let me know via text when my prescription is ready for pick up. They are also not afraid to figure out any miscommunications with the doctor. They seem to actually care about you. They knew me by name pretty fast which makes me feel welcome.

I wish more businesses operated with the level of care and compassion that Brookswwod pharmacy does. One would think that dealing with a corporate pharmacy would be of greater convenience than a small independent company, however this could not be further from the truth in relation to this buisness. The owners stop at nothing to provide the community with fast efficient service. They and all of their employees are knowledgable and friendly everytime you visit. If you find yourself still dealing with the larger corporate store in brookswood, I encourage you to give these gentlemen a chance. I promise you will not regret it.

This morning I called this pharmacy to see if there are covid vaccines available because their page says COVID VACCINE LOCATION. I didn't have time to do any research before my shift started at work so I thought calling would be faster, as it is in the employees job description to provide customer service. The lady was extremely rude and said “why are you just calling pharmacy’s…” and went on to explain I should have looked online. As someone who works in customer service, we have enough of customers mistreating us to have to also deal with employees mistreating people as well.
