Over 18 minutes of wait time, I seen 3 other cars ask like me to move to the wait zone because their slow. I only had ordered 3 happy meals of which 2 where nuggets(they eventually served them without sauce at all and cold fries) and the last one was a hotcakes one(served without the fries and luke warm cakes). It seems they serve what ever car they want and they didn't even give me a receipt (probably so I can't raise concerns to the corporation)

i went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a vanilla ice coffee with two shots of caramel. they put in a caramel ice coffee and acted like i never told them that wasn’t my order. so i told first window and the worker said whatever same thing and made me take the caramel and i ended up getting sick off it because they didn’t mix it at all as well and i drank syrup. not to mention also waited 20 minutes for that and a muffin. would not recommend, they also had the first window worker taking orders while serving people

The food is always... well it’s what you would expect from McDonalds. The only problems are the wait times (because there’s ALWAYS someone ordering WAY too much food during dinner and it just slows everything down), and how RUDE some people are toward the philippino employees! Very rarely is anything ever actually the employees’ fault; it’s always just some overly-dramatic IOC employee throwing a tantrum because he doesn’t know how to scrape a pickle off one of his 10 mcdoubles! If it wasn’t for that super friendly guy with tourettes (?), I’d never come here because of how toxic the customers are. That guy makes your food taste better just by bringing it to you I swear to god.

McDonald’s is our go to place for breakfast when we travel. This McDonald’s was very disappointing. No smile by the cashier or the manager that served us. The condiment station was empty and ketchup all over. The garbages were full from the night before. The tables were not wiped down. We were there at 8am. I expected it to be clean. No night crew?

Service can be slow due to lack of staff. Preference seems to go to the Drive-Thru in the mornings so it's likely faster to wait in your vehicle than to go inside. I find that the crew making your coffee do things totally separately from those making your food, and I once had both my food waiting for my coffee and my coffee waiting for my food. In other words, my completed order sat in their respective places for a few minutes before it was handed to me. Overall, it's a fast food joint that needs more people. Food is fast food, service could be better.

Staff was laughing, first I was thinking that they just had fun... When my girlfriend took her second hamburger, the bread was really greasy, she removed it before eating it. 30 min or so after she got real sick... Food poisoning! Don't go there if you not a local or maybe just not at all?

Dirty and poorly kept. We were served and the food was fine but the restaurant was a mess. Garbages overflowing, both ketchup dispensers were broken, dirty trays and garbage all over the restaurant. As well, someone had dropped a smoothy on the floor in the middle of the drink area and it stayed that way for the entire time we were at the restaurant which was about 30 minutes. A puddle of smoothy in the middle of the floor! This should never be allowed to happen. Sunday night or not, this should be cleaned up immediately.

Then when I arrived 2 min after at the paying and service widows I waited until 17h25 for finally they ask me to move to the waiting area waited another 5 minutes. Service is extremely slow. You should never have to wait 15 minutes for a single coffee. Went in one morning and someone stood at the counter for several minutes without anyone even looking at them. When they asked if someone was going to serve them, the manager was very rude in her response. I've had several experiences where items were missed. Very bad experience! The sign on the door indicates the restaurant opens at 5h. Accompanied by several unhappy people I waited until 6h only to be told that only TWO employees were on site.
