Terrible customer service!! I recently moved here and uniprix was a close pharmacy that I can go to and I already changed to Paramaprix which is 30 minutes away from where I live which is not fair. Uniprix treated me terrible.

No one complains if the pizzeria closes ahead of time, but everyone comes here complaining about you as they are often in distress when they show up at your door ... sick family or themselves, so take responsibility or give in the place to a responsible pharmacist. Juste des employés qui ont hâte de rentrer chez eux, alors ils ferment d'avance. Je suis venu pour écrire mon opinion à ce sujet et constate toutes les autres plaintes à cet effet, c'est donc pratique courante chez vous. Nous consommons tout ce que nous pouvons dans le quartier, garderie, mécanicien, quincaillerie, dentiste, restaurant et jusqu'à maintenant la pharmacie. Tout le monde fait un effort pour consommer local, et de voir des commerces qui opèrent comme le votre nous remet en question. À mon grand regret je suis allé chez Jean Coutu, qui EUX ferment à l'heure indiquée. Personne ne se plains si la pizzéria ferme d'avance, mais tout le monde vient ici se plaindre de vous car ils sont souvent en détresse quand ils se présentent à votre porte... famille malade ou eux même, alors prenez vos responsabilités ou cédez la place à un pharmacien responsable.

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for almost 4 years...they always get things messed up...today was the end of it...i am on methadone, & my prescription ended & I WAS GIVEN 5 bottles drank one,left with 4...did not realize i was missing a bottle because marie la told me it was the end of my prescription....went to the doctor got my prescription ...im going away and needed an extra bottle...so i went & got sundays, but now i am out saturdays BOTTLE, are they kidding me...CHECK THE CAMERAS....I AM NOT WRONG......& to TOP IT OFF, After just being told they dont make mistakes, they gave my friend wrong medication...he takes zyprexa, and they were giving him seroquel.....REALLY, I am so sick and tired of being wronged....& ALL THIS IS JUST PLAIN WRONG, ANY WAY YOU LOOK AT IT....i thought my heart was going to bust in my chest, & told them that. I am pretty sure if my friend took THAT medication...pretty sure he would have freaked out & probably hurt me....BUT THEY DON"T CARE THERE....I will most definitely talk to a lawyer of what i can do....just fighting for my rights...& Yes I DO make mistakes sometimes..after all we are all human beings........
