I had called the pharmacy this morning to schedule a pick up of my medication in the late-morning/early-afternoon just to find out, after almost 10-15 minutes of searching for my order, it was sent out for delivery. Customer service is increasingly worse.

I stayed waiting for more than 10min standing without any greetings or looks from the employees who were not busy but were talking to each other. This is a very bad pharmacy I have seen in my life. They don’t care about customer. Specially in the pharmacy department. They don’t throw the pills in the garbage if it’s fall down on the floor. They take it and put it in the customer vials. We should avoid this pharmacy.

My review will be totally negative as the store misinformed me. I came to buy a product which was on special. Took the product to the cashier. There I was told there was a limit in quantities for this product. I went back to double check if the limit was really announced. IT WASN'T. I came back to the cashier telling there was no limit announced . The limit wasn't mentioned even in the flyer. The cashier showed me the last page of the flyer where says that the store may reserve the right to limit quantities on some items a 3 per customer. If there is a limit on some product customers should know before they come to the store but not after the customer brings the item to the cashier.

Always a problem. One of them was... They DOUBLED my prescription by mistake. Well, mistakes happens, this is something I can understand. What I do not understand is that the lady on the phone, instead of telling me "we are sorry for our mistake", told me " Mais ma chérie, c'est peut être la bonne dose pour toi!" So basically they tried to cover up by telling me that maybe their mistake was all right. If you have the choice, don't go there, there is always a new problem or someone incompetent to tell you that they are right and you aren't.
