I have been going to the location on Highland for a few years now. I can honestly say that these professional yet friendly and down to earth men are the most helpful and understanding health care workers. Their knowledge in their area of expertise is vast and any questions I have ever asked about medication or side effects have been answered in detail.Lastly , these are truly patient and kind individuals and anyone in need of a regular pharmacist should visit Queens Pharmacy on Highland to see for themselves.

Went to this pharmacy for my flu shot Shoppers across the road from here had a 2 week wait. I walked in here and the kind friendly pharmacist administered it after some form filling with no wait. Friendly helpful staff with a warm ambience which you do not see in most clinical pharmacy. Thanks to you all at Queens Pharmacy Highland Road :)))

I was surprised by the size and the amount of products that this location has. They are proud to carry local Canadian products. Was happy to find they carry the whole Kalaya range. In addition to this they carry the best prices in town.

The staff tries their best to accommodate the patients needs. They have tailored solutions to patients needs. I was looking for a home healthcare product that I couldn't find at any pharmacy. Sandra the pharmacist here put a lot of effort in locating the product and getting it in store. I noticed too that their prices are cheaper than other places. Highly recommended.

Queens Pharmacy/Highland: Provide the same excellent service ( Fast service, Free delivery, ...) that I am receiving in the other location on Queens Street with a larger variety of over the counter medications. If you are looking for a good service and good quality over the counter in excellent prices Queens Pharmacy is your choice.

The sign said "We have Hand Sanitizer" So, I entered to see a small line-up, not physically distancing, as the store is extremely small and would probably only allow for 2 persons inside at a time..nevertheless, I stood back and watched an older lady but from the pharmacist, a 200ml bottle of his homemade hand sanitizer that he made from 70% alcohol. He charged her $10.99 per bottle, Plus tax. I left. This is Price gouging!

First time to go in this local pharmacy. They have a great collection of over the counter products. Prices are amazing. A lot of these items are priced cheaper than Walmart, way cheaper than shoppers. Love their service and friendly attitude. Highly recommended.
