Wow, I knew the service was bad here, but all the same reviews, one after another describing terrible service or the lack of service, including mine. Absolutely no customer service or compassion. I go there weekly for groceries, I sprained my ankle and hoobled my way from the parking lot all the way to the pharmacy and was told 4 hour wait. I said I was in pain with my ankle. No was the answer and the girl offered me my prescription back so I could go somewhere else. Beyond tolerable and sicking that the staff at this gong show actually do worst to people instead of taking pride and HELPING. PEOPLE ... GOOD CUSTOMERS OF SUPERSTORE WESTBORO. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE.

Not worth the convenience. They do not grasp how ODB works and lie to their customers. The all night dollar comes before the patient/customer. One the female pharmacist is quite lovely but that's the best I can say of this facility

The hours of the pharmacy are different from the store and they lock up some items that you would the benefits of a grocery store pharmacy are lost at this and you might as well just go to the shoppers

Rude pharmacy assistant was my breaking point after 3 years of mess ups. I arrived several times to discover prescription hadn't been filled, despite me phoning ahead by at least 24hrs. Was charged incorrectly for meds that were covered entirely by insurance 3 SEPARATE TIMES and had to endure being spoken to like an idiot. No appologies offered when I was proven correct. The convenience of shopping while picking up meds wasn't enough to continue putting up with some of the staff. Some of them are absolutely wonderful, though.

While I used this pharmacy for many years, I'm out of 2 meds. One prescription from November 17th, and another last Monday. My physician refaxed both prescriptions this morning. I tried calling the pharmacy for 45 minutes this afternoon, but the pharmacy didn't answer, so I made my fourth drive there to pick the medication up, to no avail. They were closed with no signage explaining why. This has been an ongoing issue for several years. I wish them all the best, but at the end of the day, I need to have access to my medications in a timely manner.

I wish I could give this place a zero. I've tried to make it work for convenience's sake. It's gotten progressively worse over the past couple years. It's to the point that customers are completely ignored by pharmacists and clerks alike. They stopped answering the telephone, so if you need assistance over the phone - you are out of luck. I've made return trips to pick up prescriptions only to find out they don't have what I need, wasting my time when all they needed to do is make a quick call or fire off a text,they have my number. Maybe they're overworked, maybe they don't have enough room or resources, but from a customer's perspective they are just not interested in customer service one iota. I've taken my business to Shoppers Drug Mart where they are friendly, prompt, they call if they need to save me a trip. The fees are exactly the same but the level of service is worlds ahead.

I love these guys, I really do. After a locally owned pharmacy sold their business, I tried PharmaPlus. Unfortunately, despite having specific instructions from my doctor, they continued to subsititute my meds with the "less expensive" version. I began going to No Frills as a result. The kindness I received here has been second to none. After learning about a pricing issue, one that had me paying $115 more than I should (close to a dozen times), I patiently tried to arrange a time for a refund. After arranging a time, Stacey, the pharmacy clerk, told me I had said a different time. Clearly I know what I said. As I wait here for my medication and refund, I feel disregarded and completely worthless as a customer, and I come here weekly. If it weren't for Stacey and her attitude I would give them 5 stars, hands down. I am not a rude person, but I am sick and sick of feeling mistreated - after all, they're the ones who made the mistake, not me. Stacey's blaming and poor attitude is a detriment to the pharmacy's customer service.

I was told by one pharmacy one thing different with another. I was going on a trip I needed my triplex shot and due to their error I did get to get my shots for my trip. Two pharmacist provided two different information , the assistant told me I had time to take it if I came this week, which I did and turns out I didn't. That's three in total that messed up!

Called to get a perscription filled and was immediately asked if I could be put on hold. After 12 minutes I hung up and called back at which point the person I was on hold with before immediately picked up. They told me they didn't have the perscription I needed and I'd have to wait until the next day to get it. I mentioned I was supposed to start taking the perscription that evening at which point they said they'd go check if they had any. They did but I was instructed to come 2 hours later that evening. When I arrived at the instructed time I was told that I didn't have a perscription to pick up. Turns out the woman I talked to on the phone never filled my perscription. The person at the counter was able to get it ready for me in 2 minutes. If it could be done so fast why did I have to wait 2 hours? Also, why did they not fill my perscription? Lastly, why was I told my perscription was not in stock when it was?

unfortunately not happy with this pharmacy. not only did they get BOTH my prescriptions wrong, but when I called to discuss this they tried to tell me it was the correct prescription until I explained that then instructions were wrong.....then he finally admitted it was wrong. It is extremely dangerous to get someones prescription wrong, but then to dispute with your customer is wrong on so many levels!! I will never fill another prescription here again!!! they are not a responsible pharmacy.

I have been using the Wadland Pharmacy in the Chatham Superstore for the past 5 year's. I transferred my drug's from the Superstore Pharmacy in Strathroy when we moved to Merlin. I have been on the same prescription's every month since moving to this location.I have 5 medications that I get regularly and that are paid for by WSIB. Last month when I called in to make sure that was codiene cont. was ready for pick up they told me yes it was ready so I drove to the store.It is 25 miles from Merlin to the store when i got there the staff person told me that I had to pay for it because WSIB didn't cover it anymore.I was very upset and said did they call WSIB to find out why the payment had been rejected and they told me NO that wasn't their job I would have to call them myself.So I drove home with out my medication,Medication that I need to take. I called WSIB and talked to the drug verification department and was told that my codiene was covered and that their had been no changes to my allowable drug's.WSIB told me to give the pharmacy their number which i did,I called the pharmacy the next day to find out if they had settled the problem and was told that my codiene was there and paid for. I then had to drive another 25 miles back into Chatham to collect my medication. I never got any explaination or any apology for their mistake.I live on $748.00 a month and don't have money to make 50 mile trip's for nothing. The should have apologized and they should have had the medication courier to me at no cost to me. I also have had a problem with them not having enough stock of my migraine medication.This is a medication that I have been getting on a regular bases since coming to them but frequently they say we don't have enough and so we owe you medication.I am not sure that I always get the medication that is owed to me! I went once and said I wanted the medication owed to me an they told me that I had already got the amount that I was owed. I don't understand why they don't order enough drug's to be able to fill my presriptions this is not an unexpected medication. I am very unhappy with my service from Wadland and I am currently checking out other pharmacy options. Betty Dawson

Absolutely an amazing pharmacy!! They have consistently gone above and beyond to fill my prescriptions, deal with Trillium, Pizer and my benefits provider. Always going above and beyond to co-ordinate all parties. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
