I had an amazing experience while scheduling an RT-PCR test for my parents to allow them to travel. I had an issue where my father was testing positive for COVID-19 when he wasn't suffering from it anymore. Nishi was very thoughtful and helpful in assuaging our concerns and exploring different avenues to resolve this. Nishi is an amazing pharmacist who cares for his customers and is knowledgeable about his work. Highly recommend!

By far the best Pharmacy in the Tri-Cities. Nish (0wner & Pharmacist) truly cares about his Patience and needs and health concerns. Goes above and beyond in order to strives to make sure he is Providing the best Possible care for his patients.I drive 20 minutes one way just because Nish is such a caring and competent pharmacist. I Highly recommend for the aforesaid reasons, as well as Fair prices on over-the-counter products as well as services such as free delivery, Discount on prescription Dispensing fees for those who do not have coverage, and for customer convenience the pharmacy is open 7 days a week. This pharmacy especially would be a top favourite for methadone patients as the pharmacist makes a special effort to come in even on holidays for those patients who do not have carries, And required their daily methadone dose.

Fantastic service! Every single time! After a visit to GRH for emergency surgery we needed a prescription filled at 6:50pm when they closed at 7pm.... but we were still at the hospital. We called Nish and he offered to fill it immediately, and then proceeded to meet us at home to deliver it personally. There is no reason to go anywhere else. This pharmacy should be your first choice every single time.

He is genuinely concerned about providing the best service for each persons needs. He made sure i was handing my injured hand properly and clarified my concern about their answering system. We're good to go. Thank you Nish! --previous review-- Customers who phone here are greeted by a machine that immediately places them on hold to music for several minutes. For a neighbourhood pharmacy i considered this to be in extremely bad taste.

We had an excellent experience at this pharmacy. The booking system on the website was very easy to use to book the PCR test for travellers. In addition, we had a very friendly experience while doing the tests. We had some trouble with our first flight, we booked a new flight and needed a new PCR test. When we shared our story wih the pharmacy, they were compassionate and offered us a discount. I totally recommend this pharmacy for their good service and the compassionate attitude.

Very great service at this pharmacy. Most places you have to call in advance and wait hours before your prescription is ready, but my experience has been that you can get a lot of things filled right away without waiting. There are also services available like texting/calling/emailing for getting prescriptions filled and even a web portal for people to use if they have a lot of medications to keep track of and easily request refills with. One of the medications was not in stock and he delivered it to our house when it came in.

We moved to kitchener a year ago. Saw doon village pharmacy within the week and haven't regretted it. Nish and his team are amazing and very patient. They take the time to talk to you with just about anything. And rx's are ready within minutes! You don't feel rushed at all unlike other big chain pharmacies. They take the time to know you.

I went in fairly close to closing on a Saturday, large order for my grandmother that needed transferring from another store in the GTA. The pharmacist owner stepped in and took care of me personally.
