DeerRidge Pharmacy is a hidden gem tucked away in the Deer Ridge Plaza Kitchener. I met Vu once before as I work in the neighborhood. Tonight, I needed to get a prescription filled asap, and although he was closed for the night, he waved me in with a smile. His pharmacy is bright, inviting, clean and well stocked with extras you might need on a prescription pick up or just ran out of something at home. I mentioned to him I was going to go to a brand name pharmacy on the way home, but stopped myself. It's SO important to support local businesses now and down the road. I am glad I did as it prompted me to let him know his business is appreciated in the neighborhood. Thank you Vu, for opening the door ????

Absurdly amazing customer service, not what you would normally expect from a pharmacy. You are not a number when Vu is looking after you. He is knowledgeable and personable, he makes you want to be a better person. My wife and I have struggled with fertility, and having Vu there to support us has been incredible. For anyone who has sought fertility treatment you will know the medications can be extensive, expensive and overwhelming.
