Although Pat was unable to locate what we were looking for she went above and beyond trying to locate. She offered to bring in from Ottawa Store but we declined as they would not come in early enough. Pat thanks for all your assistance in this matter. I am beyond words! The exceptional service we have received from this business Ontario Medical Supply, Fortune Cresent, Kingston, ON is well and beyond. The kindness and compassion I and (my father) have been shown is unbelievable. Pat has the biggest heart and has shown much empathy even though we have never met. Pat has managed to get supplies/equipment out to us asap same day service which in this time is almost impossible. Its difficult enough when a loved one is ill and trying to manage things can tough but this company has been FANTASTIC!!

Prior to hip surgery, I had gone to Ontario Medical Supply Store on Gardiners Road in Kingston to purchase some Post-Op medical supplies. Pat's greeting was very friendly. She was very helpful & straightforward in guiding me towards assistive devices for at home after care and mobility. Pat having gone through her own hip surgery, provided me with answers to my inquiries and after spending time with her, I definitely felt more self-assured in having the surgery done. After surgery, Pat call me twice to see how I was progressing shows how compassionate and caring she is. I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, Julie: Early in March, my brother was seriously injured in a logging accident. It resulted in him having to spend over two weeks in the hospital. Before my brother was discharged, I was told to arrange the care and medical equipment necessary for accommodating him while recovering at home. Hearing this, I was lost and felt so overwhelmed. However, I was fortunate enough to be connected with Pat at OMS. I am ever so grateful that Pat answered my call the day I phoned OMS. Pat went above and beyond in helping me organize everything needed to care for my brother. I like to refer to her as my guardian angel, as I believe that I was meant to get in contact with her specifically. I was still in the hospital, putting off buying this beautiful electric sofa chair, and Pat personally made sure we had the chair the next day, wow, even helped me get a tax rebate. Was a bit of a crisis that was resolved wonderfully snd with much humour and care, thanks Pat!
