I'm prescribed several medications, meaning I depend on and spend more time interacting with a pharmacy than most other people. In 8 years I have been a customer of 3 other Kingston pharmacies, a department store and the 2 "big box" national pharmacy chains. When I switched to this pharmacy I was astonished by the courtesy and personal professional care provided by the pharmacist. This continues to be my experience, the pharmacist is very pleasant and always happy to answer any questions. Beyond that I'm saving money! Well worth your consideration!

Excellent advice. The only thing I had to do was get the 10 feet from my couch to my units front door. I Was a 17 year, loyal customer to another local pharmacy but it took just one visit to Bhavin's Pharmasave to pursue his care and services from then on. And hopefully forever! Thanks guys!

There are very few pharmacies, these days, that offer anything near an acceptable level of courtesy, professionalism and customer service. In fact it's a becoming increasingly more difficult just to get a prescription filled in a timely manner. This is definitely NOT the case at the Pharmasave Milford Pharmacy, Milford Dr. and Taylor Kidd Dr. in Kingston. The level of service is outstanding, exceeded only by the care and consideration displayed by Bhavin Patel, Pharmacy Manager. I cannot recall ever receiving such a warm welcome, thorough instructions / explanations, quick prescriptions fills and genuine concern for the well being of myself and my family. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with business who's staff genuinely care about their customers, respect their time and provide a level of service that is unmatched by any other pharmacy in town. Thank you Bhavin.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN SHOPPERS! I'm reluctant to submit a review as we need to keep this fabulous place a secret!! After so many mistakes and such terrible customer service at Shopper's Bayridge, we finally decided to go elsewhere. We read reviews of pharmacies nearby and found excellent reviews about this Pharmasave. The kind and considerate pharmacist requested our information immediately from Shoppers and they of course sent him wrong information about our co-insurance which he immediately corrected. Last week we had our flu shots and I had to ask if it was done yet, entirely painless and my arm never got sore unlike previous years. No waits, unlike Shoppers Bayridge where you are the only person in line and the nine employees behind the counter all ignore you, often for several minutes. The pharmacist here immediately greets you and devotes his attention to you....so unusual to receive this kind of caring and excellent service. This Pharmasave is highly recommended!
