There is an Asian woman--a Pharmacist who works there--who accused me of stealing things several weeks earlier, and refused to sell me stuff based on that. Apparently, I "dropped some toothbrushes in an isle," one day, and that was proof enough for the management of food basics; that's all Food Basics needs to attempt humiliating a customer who spends 100s of dollars a month there. Great... I suspect this is all because I gave them a bad review earlier, and they recognized me. Seriously, go somewhere else... The place is dead anyways.

The lady that works there is great no complaints. I switched from costco as costco is way to busy long waits never seem to have my stuff ready when it should be ready.

Always very fast and friendly. I’ve has issues with one of the pharmacists not giving me a prescription because of side effects even though I’ve taken it before and assured them I never get any side effects. This can’t be very frustrating, especially on a weekend when I can’t call my family doctor to have it changed or confirmed. Aside from this I’ve never had any issue with this pharmacy. If they haven’t received a certain medication or want to double check that I’m okay with a new prescription, Eunice always calls me right away!

My experience with Drug Basics Pharmacy has been nothing but an issue. Be careful! I pay out of pocket for my prescription medications aside from OHIP. There has been multiple occurances of unexplainable price discrepancies, in which I have had to call the pharmacy and then have corrected. Today I had an unacceptable experience with their delivery driver who proceeded to berate me and drive off with my medication. He acted as though it was a major inconvenience to perform his job. I have since switched pharmacies completely. There are a multitude of pharmacies that will treat their clients better within the city!

I am angered that my 1st shot of the vax was not registered, second they did not notify me at all that they are no longer giving out vax. I am very concerned about the legitimacy of this Pharmacy. They Put me and my wife at risk, specially me being a uber driver

Have had nothing but great advice and expertise from both pharmacists at this location. Warm and friendly service. Great prices and sales on vitamins. Most things in stock. Staff is always willing to go above and byond to help you find what you need. Best place to get a convenient (and pain-free!) flu shot.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly and very willing to give advise when requested, contact Doctor when appropriate (refills, etc.) and so on. Location adjacent to Supermarket is convenient.
