While in Kingston, I have used them over and over and aside from 1 bad experience, every other time has been great. The male pharmacist (I am assuming gender) with the dark hair (don't know name!) = the best pharmacist ever. So kind and very knowledgeable and very great service every single time.

Probably the best pharmacy I've ever used. I started going here for my prescriptions when I lived in Kingston for grad school and even two years after graduation I continue to use them (they send my medications via post). They're very thorough, quick in their service, have never gotten an order wrong, and are also really good in terms of getting in touch with you if things have changed (e.g. if the generic is unavailable, if the dosage has changed, etc.). After having some issues at another pharmacy where they didn't detect a medication interaction, it's been a big relief to have a place which I can trust to be so thorough.

There was a technical issue where the fax of my prescription did not go through. This was for a medication I was to take daily and had run out of. Victor, the pharmacist there, went above and beyond to ensure that I received a week-long supply of medication so I would not have to skip a day while they resolved the error. This was very appreciated! Thanks Victor!

Needed a refill on a prescription that got faxed over. Went and talked to the pharmacist to say I'd wait for the prescription to be ready. Sat and waited for over 45 minutes and finally decided to go to the counter to ask if it was ready or if I needed to come back another time. Cashier checked and it was ready but they failed to tell me. If I hadn't gone to the counter to ask I wonder how long they would have let me sit there waiting. Very dissapointed in the lack of communication between staff and lack of regard for my time as they literally watched me sit and wait. Not impressed and hope they can fix this in the future.

I usually get my prescriptions at a different pharmacy but this one is closest to my doctor, so I thought it would be convenient . Two out of the three times they have claimed not to get my prescription. I wait longer to get my prescriptions than I do waiting at the doctors office.

I started using DrugSmart because it's on campus, but I've found the staff and pharmacists very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. They are also very quick at filling prescriptions.

A pharmacist named Victor especially has always gone above and beyond for me. Once I was in quite a rush to have a prescription filled because I was required to have it on hand for an appointment later that day. This pharmacy didn't have the particular medication I needed, and Victor took the initiative to call other places to see if they could send their supply over. The alternative would have been for him to tell me to call around other places and see if I could acquire it myself, but the fact that he took on this extra work really impressed me and I'm very grateful! He has also always been very good at communicating with me about anything that he's said he'll follow up on (when I might be able to pick up a renewal, if there was something wrong with the prescription I dropped off, etc). I'm definitely staying loyal to this pharmacy because I know I'll be taken care of and Victor is a big part of that!
