Best place I've gone. I feel like actually listen to when I have to get something looked at or have my meds reviewed.

Sometimes it takes a while to see a doctor. Hower, less than kgh or hdh

I'd had the flu for over a week, was having trouble breathing, and eventually couldn't swallow. Pain was unreal. Hadn't slept more than 20 minutes in 3 days. I saw a Physician Assistant (Evan Earl) who was patient and compassionate as I tried to mumble and hack the words out, and after a bunch of tests, concluded a secondary bacterial pneumonia, and prescribed me Amoxicillin (which I get is a big deal) with an inhaler. Well, I guess he called it right. Not more than 24 hours later I managed to sleep 6 hours, my throat pain is almost gone, and I can breathe again. The rest of the staff was awesome as well. Thanks so much CDK!

Thiago Vidotto

Very good staff and doctors. I was saw by a doctor really quick both times I went there.

Jess Potter

This is regarding their new clinic, not the dt location... For 4 weeks the reception staff has ignored several requests to forward my records to my new doctor. These aren't just my records, they are test results. Meaning for 4 WEEKS I haven't been able to get a diagnosis, let alone any treatment for a growing lump in my abdomen. What kind of caring professionals do you have working there??? The incompetent kind, my guess...

I was visiting Canada and required medication due to a loss of my baggage. I was on a bus tour and time was of the essence, as I didn't want to delay my fellow passengers. When I arrived at the clinic an explained the situation to the receptionist, she understood my situation and was very accommodating. After I gave her my details, I was seen without delay. I was seen by Dr Daniela Steyn within a very short time, who new what had happened to me and did everything in her power to assist me. I made it back to the bus on time with my prescription in hand. I want to thank the Dr Steyn and the receptionist who made what I thought was going to be a very long process, a very pleasant occurrence. I would highly recommend this Walk in Clinic, as a Clinic with pleasant and caring staff. Karl Cotter Australia

Showed up 15 minutes before close with poison ivy on my eye and was refused service. The reception staff was extremely rude and the doctor refused to see me. Very dissapointed and can't believe they have 3 stars. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Boomer H

Love the doctors here! Better than sitting at emerge for 4 to 6 hours and the doctors seem to care!

Randy Boisvert

Been going here for roughly 4 years and I'm a double leg amputee, they've always been available to help with anything medical related for me and I would highly recommend them at either of their 2 locations

Robert Tello

Quick reception, clean waiting area

CAM M

Doctor was very good. She was knowledgeable and helpful, did not rush me. Wait time was approx 2 hrs and a couple of the other patients were obviously trying to get narcotics/rob the place. Receptionists were terrible in every way.

Ronnie Sly

Doctors and pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable, but the reception staff is disinterested and contributes to long waiting times.

I recently acquired a new Physician with CDK. Finally I have found a healer and not a pill-pusher. Thank you Dr. P :)

Brianna Rutherford

Friendly staff. Sometimes busy, it is best to go right when they open.

Prince Michael Amegbor

CDK offers walk-in services. You can also book an appointment. The staff are friendly.

Racheal Blair

Mediocre healthcare and very poor customer service. I have been here a couple times, and the only redeeming quality is the cleanliness and set-up of the clinic. Everybody in this clinic seems rushed, stressed, uneasy, and uncaring! I can only assume that because CDK is a family doctor office as well as a walk-in clinic, this is the reason for the abrupt and abrasive service. Had a prescription given to me for a throat infection which did not help at all. Upon a visit to my doctor, I was told it was a sinus infection that was quite clearly leaking mucous into my throat, and prescribed the correct antibiotic. I paid 45$ for the original prescription for something that I did not have. The pharmacy section, however, is really convenient, and pharmacists were very helpful and kind.

Amrut Korde

Went in with a friend for a check up on Saturday. There was a long wait. Waited one hour for our turn and then gave the medical card and then had to wait another hour for our actual meeting with the doctor. The doctor was able to give proper medication for the problem. The pharmacy had what we wanted and the issue was resolved in a couple weeks. There’s no parking nearby as it’s in downtown Kingston. I would recommend going to their other branch which is not in downtown. Overall, they were able to finish what we came for. The rush is not in their hands so that can’t do anything about it.

Siavash G

Had a great experience here today. The reception was very friendly and the guy who was doing his residency there was very quick and helpful. So grateful for all of you. I'm glad to see that the experience has improved so much as I was hesitant to come in due to some old negative reviews.

Good doctors

Andrew Keaveney

I have visited several times now and receptionists often seem disrespectful/uncaring to patients. frequently busy or even when not, very slow to receive service by either receptionist or physician. Unfortunately not any other walk-in clinics in the area that I have found or I would go elsewhere. Recommended that patients go elsewhere if they want better service in all respects.

Mike Riess

I love the staff.

Kim Leveque

Excellent location if you live downtown

Valerie Brown

I wholeheartedly recommend this as a walk-in clinic. As a student (especially from Queen's) this is a much better place to go than the school clinic. Staff are excellent and wait times are not too bad, although I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment in busy times

Kristine Caldbick

Usually have very long wait times. Doctors are often too rushed to offer any good quality care/advice. Have had to go in multiple times for the same issue because it wasn't addressed properly the first time (this is also frustrating because there is no continuum of care in the sense that you have to see a different doctor each time and re-explain your medical history and issue). I would only recommend this clinic as a last resort if you have no other options for seeing another doctor at a different clinic.

Shawn Emmons

Staff is friendly and doctors helpful and understanding

Jill Sackville

Went for antibiotics for an ear infection. In and out in 90 min. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pharmacy on site. Free WIFI. Comfortable. Very satisfied.

Adam Saunders

Doctor was very good, patiently explained the medical info without jargon and in a way I could actually understand.

Brian Ferguson

This doctor missed a cancer on me. He didn't even test it. He said "it's nothing" and sent me out there door.

Moon Momma

I have had a great exsprance with the doctors there. One went above and beyond to help my son. As we are still on the waiting list for a doctor in this city. Hes helped us out a lot with getting my son the help he needed. Thank you Dr P

Extremely rude and disrespectful receptionist!! I visited this place 2 times and on both of my visits I was being treated so horrible. It's either that the receptionist is either not a good fit for this job or racist!!

I have never felt more unwelcome going to a Doctor's office. Rude receptionists, and closed at 2pm. Altogether an incrediblt unenjoyable experience.

Erin Monkman

I have been to the Sutherland location about 4 or more times in the past 7 months. I just moved to Kingston and sometimes it's too far to go to Belleville or too urgent. I hate change and I hate people. But so far out of this office the two times I've seen Dr. Z Yen she is my favourite. She actually explains what's going on or what is going to happen which is very helpful to me, I am the kind of person that needs the most information as possible. She's empathetic not sympathetic which is great and if it is a smaller, not serious condition that I will get often she'll give me lots of refills so I don't have to keep coming back and she always checks to make sure what she's prescribing is covered, which is something my family doctor has occasionally neglected to do leaving me waiting even longer for treatment, and something neither of the other doctors bothered to do. One male doctor which I can't remember his name, tall blonde with an accent was really just uncaring, didn't want to take the time, and didn't listen to a word I said. This last time I went in was Dr. K and although not my favourite, he at least listened and told me to come back in a couple days if my extremely painful hives hadn't improved with the prescriptions and has referred me to an allergist, which I'm grateful for. The Sutherland clinic is always clean as far as I can tell which is also much appreciated and the pharmacy attached I've come to know well and almost all the people that work there are great and try to help my stubborn ass as much as possible. As for the receptionists it seems touch and go, nobody has ever been rude to me but the energy is a little low, but nobody can know what someone else is going through on any given day. I've never waited long, maybe 30 minutes max, I'm not sure if that's their efficiency or I pick really good times to come in but I love it. Thanks CDK, I'm going to try to see if there's a way to get on a waiting list for Dr. Yen, that's how much I like her!

Great Clinic, Super Helpful. I do wish it wasn't so far from my house, I have POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) so it's hard to walk far distances without feeling like i'm going to pass out. They should make another CDK Walk in Clinic near the Giant Tiger area of Kingston. If they could do this that that would be awesome. I love the doctors & staff, pharmacists & reception ladys. There all super nice & very professional. I go to this Walk in Clinic a lot. it's great! Just wish there was a walk in clinic in my area. Thanks :)

I have been to this walk in clinic a few times, and had not had any issues, up until today. Back in June 2019 my husband and I were in a terrible motor vehicle accident that left me with two torn ligaments in my right ankle that required surgery. I had gone to this walk in clinic frequently after that, to get doctor's notes for work and to get my dressings changed since I had a large area of road rash. Fast forward eight months post surgery to February 2020, I had gotten home from work and was getting out of my car when I slipped on some ice and fell on my right ankle (The one that was operated on). I heard a crack, and was in pain but able to get up and go inside. I got up the next morning and my ankle was swollen, stiff and sore, so I decided to go back down to this clinic to get it examined. I was extremely worried that I had re-injured my ankle and didn't want to deal with taking time off work and all that again so I wanted to know what was wrong with it. I waited almost an hour to be seen which was fine, that's what I was expecting. I saw Dr. Kinghorn, who I had never met before. Her bedside manner is horrendous. I was explaining what happened to my ankle during the accident to give her some context as to why I was so worried about my slip on the ice, and she cut me off by saying "This story is too long, tell me why you are here". I was caught off guard by that, so I said I slipped on ice and I'm worried that I re-injured my ankle. She examined it, and told me it is just a strain, and didn't address the crack that I heard when I fell. She prescribed me a medication for the pain, and when I asked about being referred for an x ray or ultrasound to see what's going on in my ankle, she dismissed that by saying an x ray will only show the bone, not the muscle and the bone isn't broken (I get that, but I still want to know what is going on in my ankle). I asked her approximately how long I would need to take off work because she said I should rest and ice it, (I'm on my feet all day at work) and she replied with "I don't have a crystal ball, I can't tell the future. I can tell you a week but it may be longer". I understand that, but she said it in such a rude way. How hard is it to say "Everyone heals differently, I can't give you a time frame" ? She was incredibly rude, and no patient should be treated the way I was. I had never had a bad experience with a doctor there up until today.

Talia Sproul

Front desk staff is awful - Kim in particular is very rude, condescending and just overall unpleasant. I have listened to them over and over again turn patients away without considering the liability of this, and seem to have no compassion for the fact that some patients don't have local family doctors or any at all, can't be seen for their needs at Hotel Dieu or KGH due to the reason, and just generally seem to be disrespectful. The physician's are fantastic if you can get through their awful front desk staff, but good luck. If you do, it's worth mentioning the issues of the front desk staff to the providers. I personally used to enjoy going here, but my feelings of this clinic have changed. Not worth the wasted time. UPDATE: I lost my family physician because of this clinic, and they still refused to see me. They followed up to book an appointment per the physician's request to discuss results that they had ordered and then Kim called back to cancel, once again explaining that I could not be seen. This is clearly her decision, not the providers. 3 weeks later I received my results from a different practitioner (outside of this clinic) only to find out of the challenges that it took for this team to send my medical documents their way (they ignored multiple requests), and am beyond shocked at the lack of care involved in this and letting someone go on thinking everything is fine. This is a liability issue and they need to recognize their mistakes sooner than later.

Very good doctors

I've been to this location over 4 times to fill out immunization forms as I don't have a family physician and there aren't many options. Front staff are curt in person which comes off even worse over the phone. Came to fill out an immunization form recently. First physician assistant did not read the form, so I had to get a blood test twice. This whole ordeal means that it's taken me almost two months to fill out this immunization form. Unfortunately, I wish there were better or at least more convenient options so I may need to come here again due to necessity

Sama Libya

Life is not a dress rehearsal.

Necessary in the Canadian health care scenario. Have been multiple times and never been physically examined.

Jack Dowser

Dr. Chris Kozanitis (Dr. CDK) has an excellent reputation among other medical professionals and as my family doctor I share that opinion. I have seen one other doctor there when I was a walk-in and she was great too.

Joanne Kerr

Dr Kozanitus is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He is nothing but a drug pusher. Everyone I know who is his patient gets prescribed large quantities of highly addictive medications. He also has very poor bedside manner and refused to explain my husband's diagnosis to me. When I asked a question, he scribbled the name of the disease hedh just diagnosed my husband with onto a scrap of paper and told me to Google it. My husband almost died while under his care. Thankfully we moved away and my husband is seeing a new doctor who actually knows what they're doing and his health has improved. If we were still in Kingston seeing Dr Kozanitus, he would likely be dead by now.

Possibly the worst managed clinic, the receptionist reminds me of the old Bell Canada rep she is rude, nasty, sarcastic... Dr. Ziny Yen "cherry picks" her patients as does Dr. Chris Kozanitis.

Worst service ever...changing multiple times appointment.

Can't speak of all the doctors, but Dr. Yen is awesome.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at this walk-in clinic. I have been suffering severe allergies and what I didn’t know what was an eye infection for over a week. I called my family doctor who told me it would be a month wait to get in. After driving an hour to get to this walk-in clinic, because my town doesn’t have any, I was in and out in 20 mins. Dr. Yen was not only knowledgeable she took time to understand my concern and ask questions about my condition. We need more places like this.

Remy Bargout

Pretty bad in terms of walk in clinics. Doctor was unhelpful and insincere.

Best Care in Kingston ! Doctors are thorough understanding & caring. It took me 4ever to get a family doctor 17 years in fact of going on a walk in basis and being bumped from physician to physician. I know most all the Doctors at CDK.. Now my doctor is the head honcho himself & see only him all the time. Good things come to those who wait. Patience/Patients are a virtue ! (pardon the pun).

Jacquelyn LaRonde

Professional environment, minimal wait time - even though a very busy office. I am an occasional walk-in patient since my family doctor fills up a month or more in advance and is out of town (Napanee). CDK has referred me to clinics and other resources, if you need medical care, a much quicker wait than either ERs.

Michael Cole

Mikala Burns

Not a good experience at all. Receptionist rude. Selling water for $2 at a health clinic? Come on - it's not a convenience store and people sometimes need water for urine samples. Also the doctor was not empathetic and didn't even listen to me. I had a skin problem and he took a glance at it for at max 1 second. Didn't answer my short questions. Just terrible overall.

JC Corpuz

Sydney Q

Waited 2 hours to receive antibiotics for something I already knew I had. Told the doctors I was allergic to a certain type of antibiotic and he still prescribed a subcategory of that drug. Thankfully the pharmacist was very kind and helpful and went back in to get a different prescription for me.

Nuno Fernandes

Carlos Salgado

Needed a prescription but it was closed. It's always closed during long weekends. Also this place denies to see my baby and has given me no reason. 2022 edit: this place is just the worst. Closed during the holidays and promised to open on the 4th of January. Then I ask for time off to come get a prescription and what do you know? It's closed again. Note in the door says it's closed until further notice but could take appointments. I go ok I'll make one but no one picks up. Way to help your community by being closed all the time.

Jody Krainyk

It has my doctor and pharmacy all in one stop

Dr. Kosinitas and his team are fantastic!

Sam Allan

Dr. DAVIES IS A GREAT PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR. VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING.. AS FOR THE NURSE THAT WORKS THERE IS NOT SO NICE. SOMEONE THAT NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. AND THE RECEPTION CAN BE A LITTLE BIT MORE POLITE AS WELL. IF IT WASN'T OR THE DOCTORS I WOULD NOT GO THERE.

Shannon Dionne

They are timely and very friendly

Robert Bristol

Personally have had one of the best medical experiences in the city of Kingston here. They're extremely patient, calm and collective when it comes towards sensitive issues. Dr. Premji is a talented young doctor who will get you the help you need. The nursing staff and office staff are also incredible. Hell, even the pharmaceutical staff are there to answer direct questions for you. Best walk in clinic in Kingston, hands down.

narjisfathima Mohammed jahinger Ali

Terrible experience with the receptionist. they seem to be rude, short tempered, does not listen to the request, especially during phone calls (which I have to use because of Clinic being closed in-person due to COVID cases in Kingston). Most of the times receptionist cuts my call in-between. Doctors are good though.

Alyssa Cooper

Although the doctors have always been great, the receptionist at this clinic is incredibly rude and dismissive. My partner's family doctor works out of this clinic, so he has to call whenever he needs to see her, and phones are rarely answered. When we are able to get through, the receptionist is short tempered and quick to interrupt. It makes for a very unwelcoming environment, which is especially upsetting when also dealing with health issues.

This place never respect poor people, the ladies in the front desks are evils, treat people differently. I heard many people complain this clinic, and I experienced onece, it was horrible! Even I had an appointment and waited there 2 hours. They took the money and told me they don't have a doctor, take the money back and come next month! I asked how about my appointment today? The lady said forget the appointment and go to postmouth. I hate this place. I guess not only me, that's why people always argue at this clinic. Evil place running by evils.

Not at all impressed with the service, I arrived at 11:50am and was told it would be 25-30 minutes, I thought great wait time for a walk in clinic.....I didn't get in to see the doctor until 2pm, was I forgotten about who knows all I can say is the state of our medical system really sucks.

Toronto Canada

The University Wellness Walk In was closed with no explanation or indication of when they would reopen. I found CDK online and walked in. The staff were excellent (*add to it that I am very under the weather!!!) I saw the MD, got a prescription and was told to come back in a few days if I don't start felling better. Great Doctor, great staff, clean and organized, and really cared that I follow up! Thank you!!

Karl McQuillan

I recently retired from the Canadian Armed Forces and don't yet have a doctor. Needing medical treatment, I have used this facility twice in the past four months. The staff are friendly and efficient. Patient flow is much better than the Emergency Room at a hospital: I actually walked out of one the first time I sought medicsl treatment. I strongly recommend this clinic, certainly to those lacking a personal doctor.

Clean and efficient. Knowledgeable staff and great team of Dr's. On site pharmacy and free internet and children's movie available to those waiting. It is always best to make an appointment however they do take walk ins that get seen in order of a number system which seems fair to me.

Graham Clark

My partner went here to address some issues she had waking up during the night. The inexperienced physician's assistant drastically overreacted and contacted the Ministry of Transportation to suspend her driver's license and now our family is unable to pay the bills as she was currently the sole source of income for the household. No amount of pleading would reverse this heartless decision. Don't go here.

Abbygail Shorrock

Breanna Halliday

Alicia Blakey

The doctors are really nice. They will listen to you and help you. It's the receptionists that can't handle their jobs, which make everyone's lives miserable. It is a very hard position to be front end but they need to do better.

Dorsa Bella

I went in ONE HOUR before closing with a fever and a sore throat, nothing harsh enough to need the emergency room but surely bad enough that I needed a doctor. One hour before closing they tell me they are not taking anymore patients and they refuse me. I don’t understand why a medical clinic is open for only 4 hours on a weekend and they refuse patients after only working for 3. It was ridiculous. I do not understand why they have 3 stars. I would give them zero if I could.

Local Local

Did blood work and was told I'd receive a phone call. They sent it to my family doctor who is multiple hours away who I'm unable to see and didn't notify me or follow up. Your clinic and staff are sacrificing patient care

I was in Kingston for a work function, and I woke pretty sick. I only waited about 30 minutes and then got seen by a physician assistant. I had never heard of that before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. He did a thorough exam and actually took the time to explain things to me (unlike other walk-ins I have been to). No appointments accepted. Was the last person admitted at closing time even though I came in before half the people there. The doctor was great though.

Mike Philbin

I'm on the waiting list for a family doctor and recently used this clinic for an examination and a referral. I was seen by Dr. McNally (tall, Irish accent) who had me out the door within the space of a minute. He didn't listen to a word I said and refused to even make eye contact. He said he had a lot of patients to see, though there were no more than four there (including me) and he was not alone on duty. I've never been treated like dirt by a doctor before and don't feel I deserved it. I'm not sure if he's like this with other patients or just had a problem with me. Either way it's unprofessional. From what I can tell, the clinic's other doctors are okay. But I would never deal with this guy again. I won't be going back...

tim hiebert

Michael T

Nice doctors, although check-in is different than I'm used to. They ask you what your reason for visit is in waiting room in front of everyone not as private as I'm used to.

Been here a handful of times, never had an issue with the doctors I've seen - they addressed my issue promptly, were professional and clear. Wait times are usually long. Lady at the pharmacy counter once asked a personal question that overstepped boundaries but other than that, the pharmacy isn't excessively slow or anything.

Lindsay Dennis

They have the best staff in kingston and all the doctors are understanding and better the any hospital doctor

Heather Harper

Best doctor I have ever had ...they are on the ball and they really cares.

Was treated so poorly here. Whoever is in charge of screening was super rude and turned me away after only speaking with me for 2 ish mins.

ONE LAW

Receptionist seems to be systematically racist she treat a certain people diffrent doctors was nice but those at the front don't even knw if they knew that they are racist

Emma BA

The reception is so rude. I was standing there for 5 minutes while they were talking and it didn't seem work related just for them to tell me that they are not accepting any patients anymore. This is at 4PM and they close at 5. I only need to get my med form signed for my school program, and my schedule is tight so I can't make it earlier than 4. I called them earlier and they said if I come at 4 I would be fine. This form has been due and these.people can't take 2 seconds out of their day to sign a damn form. This is the first review Ive ever made because nothing elseelse ever been so frustrating. Kingston hasn't been a great home for me at all.

basssam alhamidi

I don't know what was hapenning but i waited for 2 hours and had to leave because i had a class to attend.

This walk in clinic is very disorganized. They tell you the wait is not long and I ended up waiting 2hours. Receptionist told me “your next” and I proceeded to wait an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. If you need to go to a walk in clinic I’d suggest going somewhere else.

My daughter went in yesterday with two compaints - a lesion on her back that won’t stop bleeding and a sore throat (prone to strep). She waited two hours and finally saw a very cold doctor. She was dismissive, sarcastic and patronizing. told her she could not deal with two issues so “pick one”. I get that this is a policy but people should come before policy - how long does it take to swap a throat. she blew off her problem and offered zero solution or resolution. The appointment lasted no more than two minutes. I complained to clinic and received a positive call from the staff. The doctor was not one of the regular doctors and they offered to see her again so ....there is hope.

Excellent clinic. They rotate patients quickly yet effectively. All the staff are friendly and professional. I wish they were my regular doctor's.

Nothing but problems since i have used this clinic. It takes a 15-30 minute argument with the receptionist to to get any kind of help other then the dreaded words "walk in" which your better off not doing as they ignore you then tell you your fine. i work in a position where my voice is most of what i do, I had lost my voice and they told me that my job "doesnt require" my voice. the doctors here are iether A ignorant or B just simply dont care and want a paycheque. after receving little if any care you are rushed out the door.

The worst clinic ever. I have visited Dr. Evan Earl couple of times and he always failed to properly address my needs or he made a wrong diagnosis. He doesn't spend enough time for his patients and he doesn't care about his patients. I am unsatisfied with the service I received at this clinic. I would rather to travel to Toronto to visit a doctor rather than visiting a doctor here. The only time that I was happy with my experience at this clinic was when I visited Dr. Valliant. He was a knowledgeable and a caring doctor and took his time to explain my medical condition.

I’m a student who has been here once before and had a good visit with one of the family physicians here so I was disappointed at what happened at my visit this time. I met with a physician assistant who when I told that I had a fever for two days and some phlegm in throat, he kept thinking that I just had the flu and was fine. And then i did a urine test and he was convinced that I could have a UTI or a kidney infection and gave me antibiotics for that. I was skeptical because he didn’t do a thorough chest exam for me and didn’t even check my breathing with the stethoscope. Finally, I decided to go to another doctor at hotel fury and get a second opinion and turns out I have pretty serious pneumonia and not a UTI. If I hadn’t gotten a second opinion, the results could have been pretty bad. Overall, I’m just disappointed that when I told him I’ve never had a fever like this before, he didn’t really listen to me that I felt like something was off with me and didn’t do a thorough enough exam. I think that the patients should be given a choice between a physician assistant or a family physician, not that it could make a difference but a choice would be nice.

I have seen several physicians here for a multitude of reasons. Some irrational fears and some very real issues. Some of the doctors here a little rough around the edges and some are always up beat, every single staff member will work with you to try and resolve a problem. Many times the issues I have run into were simply me not providing enough detail or not realizing what type of attention and information I needed. I would suggest either locations and personally find the Sutherland location very efficient and easy to get to. Thank you!

I've never had an issue with CDK in the past but I've been dealing with some really not great health issues this past year. The doctors have always been understanding and very compassionate. The medical staff is great! But I've had serious issues with the administration. My issues were not really something a clinic was equipped to deal with, which is fine, but the referrals to specialists weren't sent for whatever reason. I was told by the doctors that my referrals would be sent in ASAP, this was back in early June. I called multiple times to check on the status as I hadn't heard anything and was told that the specialists were busy so I shouldn't expect anything until July. I had just accepted that I would have to experience daily pain until then, assuming the hold up was on the specialists side of things. Low and behold I get a call late September saying they had just gotten my referral and could book me for an appointment in less than a week. This wasn't the only paperwork that didn't get sent, requisitions for bloodwork and ultrasounds were also overlooked. I am now being treated but I can't help but be upset by the fact that I could have avoided months of pain and uncertainty if only my referrals had been sent when they should have. I appreciate the medical professionals I dealt with, but the administration at CDK clearly has some flaws that need to be worked out for the sake of their patients. If anyone else feels like they are having similar issues, please don't make the same mistake I did. Call them repeatedly, ask for the number of the specialist or wherever your referral is going and be persistent.

Came here for a simple TB test for work. Was charged $20, waiting more than two hours, and told to come back in two days to have it read. Did so, was charged another $20, and made to wait another two hours simply to have a physician's assistant look at my arm. All the wait time for such a simple procedure (especially one that I was charged twice for) is a bunch of nonsense. I don't recommend this clinic at all.

Usually a great experience. Not today. Doctor (don't know his name as didn't tell us) dismissive of my older parents. Not worth his time? I know it's a tough job but don't do it if that's your approach.

Darren Flatman

Went in for a referral - Staff were nice, doctor too. He didnt send my referral after the appointment though and isnt back in the clinic for 2 more weeks, so wont be done for at least 2 weeks. I know the waiting period is long for referrals but that is meant to be from the lack of services available which is understandable but adding on a few weeks because the doctor doesnt have the time to send the referral is just wrong. I emailed the clinic about this issue and received no response. The doctor works there part time, he's not sick or on holidays he's just not there to do it. Would recommend management review their policies regarding part time employees and have them finish their obligations before leaving that day!

Ive been there twice and twice the reception has been mediocre at best, the doctors however. First i was met with a friendlier doctor who seemed concerned, was professional and generally a great guy. The second doctor, didnt tell me his name, was rude as hell and didnt seem concerned in the slightest. I told him my condition and it felt like i was talking to myself. He was this tall long haired caucasian, would not like to see him again tbh.
