Originally did not receive my full order, but wanted to update this. Editing my review, I was contacted after this was posted. The replacement for the missing item was received today a few months later, it is some time after Christmas now but I won't fault a seller for Canada Post issues. They also sent an extra balm which was very kind of them to do. The product itself is quality and unlike the mass produced brands, they actually fill their tubes the full way, no shrinkflation here. Support Canadian small businesses where you can.

Their Worker Bee Hand Balm is hands down the best hand balm I have ever used. It lasts almost all day, penetrates deeply into the skin, and doesn’t wash away every time I wash my hands. Plus, after covering my hands in the balm, I can use the residue on my palms in my beard. It’s a great beard balm, too!

They smell great and feel good on my lips. When I am ready I definitely will be ordering more because there are so many other scents I want to try.

My family's favourite lip balms!! I've ordered from Moody Bee a few times now and the shipping is always fast and packaged well. All of the flavours are delicious, natural, and I especially love that they have "themed" packs of five different flavours which makes it easy to give as a gift! I last ordered the "One of Each Pack" to include in Christmas gifts this year, but it's going to be hard to decide which ones to keep and which ones to give away...so I guess I'll just have to order more! :) Highly recommend!

I love everything I ordered, the lip scrub and lip balm are the best in have ever tried and I have tried a lot. I'm going to recommend pina colada lip scrub. Just saying it would be so yummy. I have been trying to find a lip balm that works for years and have always settled with blistex. I already have my next order picked out.

I haven't received my orders yet (COVID shipping is slow, and it's only been a week) but the customer service is better than anywhere else, in any industry. If the other reviews are even remotely accurate about the product quality, then I'll definitely be a longtime customer, and buy their products for gifts often as well! I've already put in additional orders this week just based on the quick responses to questions I've had, and updates on how long things are taking to ship. Can't wait to try these balms, and if I can figure out how, I'll update this review when I have! Update: I recieved the first order I put in...and they totally exceed every expectation. This is the only lip balm I'll use in the future. They last longer than every other one I've tried, and the flavors are delightful and natural. Okay...I need to make an update number 2; these products have changed my life. I have frostbite that caused permanent damage on my toes, and this product makes all the pain and stinging associated with that instantly disappear. This product is worth a million dollars. Best lip balm ever, and amazing customer service to boot. They are worth every penny-better ingredients and better flavor than every other brand. Great loyalty program and free shipping! A single application actually does last longer than blistex, burt's bees, and all the other brands I've tried...and the flavors might be even better than softlips (which is the one I've loved forever) I'm now going to be a forever customer...PS - the cherry one is AMAZING

Stumbled across moody bee the other day and ordered 3 lip chaps after talking with the owner and she confirmed they are not waxy! I can’t stand waxy lip chaps that just brush over your lips ! I have spent countless amounts of money and time on finding the right lip chap for my dry lips that actually works ! The hardest decision I had to make was to only pick 3 flavors, the choices are incredible . I received my package in a few days and am I happy to say these lip chaps are the smoothest thing ever !!! I bought pink grapefruit , vanilla chai latte and the original . They all smell delicious ! I can’t wait to reorder again !!! Thank you MOODY BEE for making an amazing product , customer for life !
