Nice in person service but extremely slow and unreliable delivery on crucial medications. We ordered anti-rejection medications that need to be taken twice per day 4 days ago with the promise they will be delivered today and they never came. This is a common occurrence.

We've used this pharmacy for many years now for all of our compounded medication needs, as there are not a lot of pharmacies that handle this. The service has generally been good, with occasional errors or delays (but not many). Parking is a hassle, since it's close to the hospital. I don't buy anything else here, as the prices seem a little high.

Edit - 10/15/18 - Upgraded to 5 stars, for the compounding pharmacy staff who have gone out of their way to help me . Edit - 2/21/17 - Had a much better experience this time around, quick, accurate service and delivery. Upgrade to 3 stars, 5 stars to the compounding pharmacist Scott for his excellent service, averaged with the 1 star I previously gave. Will update if this stays consistent. Extremely slow and not very professional, but incredibly quick when it comes to taking payment. I have been relying on this pharmacy for a year now for a compounded prescription, and the service has been identical each refill. I get a phone call telling me my prescription is ready and asking when I'm going to pay for it. I use up my lunch hour getting down to the pharmacy only to find out my prescription isn't ready, but when am I going to pay for it? Pay for it in advance. Get 2 phone calls asking for my credit card number to pay for my prescription, but no one can tell me if it's ready. Order it to be delivered whenever it is finally ready, get 2 more phone calls demanding payment for the prescription I've already paid for, still no one can tell me when I might actually receive the medication. I gotta give it to them, though, they are extremely consistent in their poor service. .

Staff are fantastic. Scott and Alisha are both caring pharmacists. Scott went above and beyond to help my wife with a prescription to get it filled and coordinate with doctor to get prescription written and filled and delivered. Kudos to the team

Do your research before purchasing a compression sleeve or stocking...claimed the were certified "fitters" my 83 year old mother hand turned blue from wearing it....they said wear it for 2 wks to break it in ? Family doc said take it off its too "small" did not refund our 88 plus bucks for it as they told us they could not "resell it" horrible customer service...not willing to compromise on somesort of median in anyway when you purchase from this pharmacy ask about return policy because they will not offer that info at time of purchase until after the fact very dissapointed Tache Pharmacy at Seven Oaks....lost my future business bc of your lack compassion...especially an 83 year old woman.......i dont think the company would be very happy about that one...shame on you

Terrible pharmacy. Prices of over the counter meds are double what they are at places like shopper's drug mart. Today i was told my prescription wasnt covered and to go back up to my doctor and get it changed. I asked "changed to what?? What is covered" they acted like they couldn't be bothered to help me and the women just shrugged her shoulders. Went straight to shoppers drug mart and got everything straightened out and my prescription. I willl NEVER fill anything there again EVER

I was originally quoted ~$140.00 for a compounded product that I could have ordered from York Downs in Toronto for ~$60.00, but I chose to absorb the extra cost for the sake of buying locally. When I arrived to pick up my prescription I was informed that it would actually cost $280.00, as there were "fees" associated with compounding. The original quote mentioned nothing about *doubling* the cost of my medication with fees. I was stuck paying, because I needed my medication that day. I was shaking, on the verge of tears, and felt absolutely exploited. These people are unprofessional, uncommunicative, and have no problem price gouging low income clients. AVOID.

We have used Tache Pharmacy for 8 years on a monthly basis. The staff are amazing (big shout out to the compounding dept) friendly and helpful EVERY TIME. The manager Scott has gone out of his way to bring in supplements for my son at great prices. One of Winnipeg's best run businesses in my opinion.

What's the point of having a phone number if no one answers it? No chance of leaving a message either. This is extremely frustrating. Online submission of prescription doesn't offer a confirmation that they received your request.

The best pharmacy in town the staff are always pleasant and ready to help with any question you might have. Their deliveries are prompt and on time, I was out of province working and when I order my prescriptions they were sent by delivery and I received them within 4 days.

There was a delay in receiving a prescription from my vets office, causing a delay in his treatment. When I called to see if they got the 2nd attempted faxed, they said yes and that it would be ready the next day. I told them it was for my dog's cancer treatment and that it had already been delayed. They had it ready within hours and delivered it in crummy weather right to our door. Very understanding and excellent customer service

Went there because it was convenient. While the staff were prompt and polite, i was shocked to learn their dispensing fees are $18.20 vs $4.50 at Costco. I know they are a small business but really...that is shameful! By the way my one pill was .9 cents! Total was $18.29 for one pill!

WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD! They will try and scam you out of all the money they can. I rented a breast pump with Tache Pharmacy. I paid the first month and left them with my credit card in order for them to bill me monthly. A week later they billed me again for the "first month" I had to call them and argue that I had already paid, they finally agreed and refunded my money. When I returned the breast pump they told me that I didn't have some sort of stand and that they are charging me $40 for it, I never received any such stand. I asked were in the case it would have been stored and they said it was a big separate piece, I never got any stand! But what proof did I have and they have my credit card so I guess they swindled $40 from me. Because of all this I asked for a form or receipt proving that I returned the breast pump. The lady said they don't issue anything like that, I asked how they would know that I returned it and stop charging me? Her response was "that they just know". Of course a month later I got charged for the pump, that I had returned! I called and argued with the lady saying I had returned it and they said that I didn't, then finally they realized they had rented it out to someone else that wasn't me. So they refunded my money. This place is so unorganized and unprofessional and will try and take your money at any chance they get, BE WARNED get proof of what you can, watch your credit card and if it comes to it take pictures of the staff handing you the stuff in order to make your own proof. They are creeping into fraud territory....
