drop my prescription around 5:30pm, talked to the pharmacy incharge, she said its something to mix up and they will phone me when its ready. 8pm i phoned and ask whether its ready cuz i really need to use my medication badly ???? and the very kind pharmacist assistant said on the phone I dont have something ready for you, your not on my file! am like.. seriously! i drop it off and handed over to the pharmacist itself. i told her to please double check and she answers sarcastically that's what im doing now.. (that's not how you treat the customers on the phone properly!) even if your pissed the whole day you have to compose yourself and act professionally! you told me that my paper was not on your file, what would you expect on my reaction? where the hell that paper go??!! i know you guys are busy, but your not the only pharmacy, just be honest with the customers if you can't do it within the time frame you yourself gave the customer. i could ran to any other pharmacy. i've waited for 2 hours just for nothing, and you dont know how much i needed that medication ???? now i have to wait til it gets ready tomorrow.

Been going her for many years and have never had a problem. They’re always on top of requesting refills from the doctor. Very friendly staff that I’ve come to know. ????

Decent store overall 3 stars because it is literally the ghettoest Safeway in Winnipeg. One bad thing is they almost always don't have a pre made lumber jack sandwich when you want one unlike every other Safeway in Winnipeg with is guaranteed to have them made always .
