I would have never thought I would appreciate a pharmacy team so much like that at Munroe Pharmacy! It's a small neighborhood pharmacy, and the quality of customer service and client care is truly exceptional. They are very friendly, and when you walk in they know you by name and have enough familiarity with your treatment care and needs to be empathetic, timely, sensitive, and responsive in a way you will not find in other big box pharmacies. They are very helpful in knowledge translation and can help inform you with what you need to know or who to contact for coordinating benefits, etc. We moved recently and for months I continued to drive across the city just because the quality of service is such a unique strength of theirs. I have since switched to a big box pharmacy and it's such a different and less patient-centered model of care. Highly recommend Munroe.

Been going here for over 15 years. Small town feel in the city. Pharmacists treat you as actual humans are super friendly and kind. Always willing to go the extra mile to get info on drugs or contact your doctor. Michelle is incredible, she is awesome. Can’t imagine ever going to a big box store pharmacy after coming here.

Absolutely love this pharmacy, the staff go above and beyond to ensure all of your issues are addressed. We had a small issue with our insurance and the pharmacist was very generous and ensured we were taken care of properly until everything was sorted out. Best service!

Sorry, very unhappy with service I have received through purchase of compression stockings. Miscommunication about delivery and still have not received gloves needed to put the stockings on. Lots of pain putting on the stockings without gloves. Necessary to give my credit card information over the phone. No actual invoice received. Original stockings still on back order.
