If they say wait for 10-15 minutes, it means you have to wait for at least 1 to 2 hours. First of all they never answer the phone and by any chance if they pick the phone , they put you on hold. If you are in hurry, this place is not for you.

Friendly doctors, there’s always lines up but not that long to compare to other clinics I know. The receptionists has to learn some customer service lesson though... coz sometimes they don’t know how to talk to patients/ guests.

Staff is unprofessional, talking to people on their personal phone with clients standing right in front of them and not greeting when getting there. Doctor I booked a time with was very late. Whats the point of booking an appointment?? Unprofessional and massive waste of time.

First of all front desk dont pick calls at all long waits and they say need to book an appointment by call while they dont even answer. Moreover, when u see doctor they dont even diagnose the issue they just take a look and say yeah come back later do this that. Mentioning nothing on prescription. I will never choose to go back to this clinic again.

Doctors mainly focus on making money rather than attending and helping the patients. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

No use of making appointment here at the clinic. Made an appointment with Dr Warriach, waiting for almost an hr after a scheduled appointment. Superlate and the reciponist told me that its always same thing with him.. wouldn't recommend him to anyone.. Lot of better options in the city..

This clinic is the absolute worst!! Do not waste your time going here. The reception staff are rude and incompetent and always manage to "forget" to book you in for an appointment. My mom had to wait three hours for blood test report to be read to her because the people at the front desk don't know how to do their job (forgetting to schedule the appointment that was confirmed the day before). The doctors are completely misogynistic and talk to you like you're a child, they see you for 2 minutes and send you for blood tests for no reason. The reception staff always overbook patients and people end up waiting far too long. You're better off going somewhere else. I would give this -0 if I could.

I'm not going back here again! When you call them, it's almost always no one will answer after you've selected reception. And when you drive all the way to the clinic even though it's only quarter after 5pm, they wouldn't take you in. This happened to me 3 times now. The younger East Indian receptionist's tone was not that accommodating too which is bordering to rude. We all had a long day but please be kind to your patients and not give them attitude. If you have a cut-off time, put that in with the office hours sign in BIG, BOLD letters or on your automated phone message so people won't waste their time going there!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! I would go somewhere else and not waste any more of my time with this clinic.

How do I rate 0 stars? I've been going to this clinic for many years being appointed a different doctor every time I make an appointment. The first time I called was to get a family doctor, so they made me an appointment but apparently I never got a family doctor. Recently I called them to ask for a family doctor... again! Got an appointment, brought in my paperwork to file my taxes because I'm suffering from depression, anxiety and ptsd, asked them for a reference to get properly diagnosed and the doctor kept interrupting me and saying he can't do anything because in 2019 they sent me a letter (never received) That I never responded to. Also waited for an hour with an appointment just to see the doctor , never mind the interruptions after asking me questions. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. I tried getting the doctors name but they will not tell me because I complained

What's the point of scheduling an appointment if they can't follow the time. ? Such a waste of time. I went here another day also and they refused me as they were fully booked already even though it's only 2pm at that time and they closed at 6. I don't understand i know making appointment is better but for any emergency that can happen they should accept walk ins anytime. It was not really nice. Very unreliable.
