The receptionist is polite but Dr Malik is a poor excuse for a doctor, she doesnt care for your opinion. When you try to tell her something that is concerning you she throws it back in your face. Stay away from this one.

My sister had an appointment here, it was our first time so we didn’t know that the waiting takes awhile. We waited for like 3 hours, but the Doctor was nice and have a good knowledge on his profession. I just hope they will lessen the waiting.

Dr.Mahdi is the best doctor I've ever had. He cares a lot for his patients. The receptionists are excellent people help patients, they are very organized .Also the pharmacist is care alot to explain how to take the midecin . I would give more than 5 stars.

We got so lucky to have him Adam Clinic Manager is very nice and helpful Sara who checks our Blood pressure, weight and such is very friendly. The Guardian Pharmacist is extremely nice and friendly . *2 hours later* [Sponge Bob reference.] Don't waste your time here. THEY TAKE FOREVER AND THERE'S LITERALLY ONE PATIENT IN FRONT OF ME. Been waiting here over a damn hour. Went to ask if they were going to be calling me any time soon and found that the doctor and receptionist were chilling out in a back room. --Thanks, EconoLodge next door, for the free WiFi. It helped with the boredom. Edit: Oh. Been here a few times and you guys are always slow. Each time, it was either empty, doc not in or just one other patient. The wait time is simply ridiculous. Other people have places to be also.

First time I went and i met the dr I told her how much I loved her was the best service I've ever had she takes the time to get to know you and gives you amazing advice I needed to work in a a place that had so much passion for what they do . Few weeks later I started working there has been the best few months of my life so family oriented and caring staff if you have not been into this clinic you have to come down just to check it out

Always quick and very helpful, you can make an appointment making it very easy to see a doctor, the clinic is nice, big, clean and quiet! Dr. Tahseen Mahdi is a great physician, working in health care myself I understand how kind and patient he is and helps you with any concerns you may have with ease. The pharmacy is also inside the clinic, they're amazing and help me with whatever you may need.

Horrible experience. I waited almost 2 hours just to get into the office and almost another hour just to see the doctor. This just reflects horrible organizational skills because if you book me for 5:45 I expect to be seen within a reasonable time frame(ie. 30 minutes as I understand that some appointments may take longer than expected). When I asked the receptionist how long it would take to be seen she said there were 5 people ahead of me. At that point, just book me in for a later time that way you don't waste my time. The appointment itself wasn't all that helpful either and It was a referral. Don't think I'll be coming back.

Went to see a walk in doctor before 6pm, doctor wasn't seeing anyone anymore. There wasn't even anyone there to be seen. They are supposed to be 9-9. Disappointed. Pharmacist was very friendly.

This place was fantastic. The receptionist and nurse were friendly and efficient, and my wait time was almost non-existent. Dr. Mahdi definitely lives up to the hype I’ve seen from other reviews. Very kind and willing to take time to explain things to you. I’ve been other places that you feel like their trying to rush you out but the kindness and professionality at 9-9 goes a very long way.

Good Dr. But the receptionist forgot 2 times what the Doctor told her to do. To contact my previous Doctor's office regarding my health info, and she forgot again to contact a different Doctor's office to do the same. This is a serious health matter. completely she did not care or careless. All she has to do was to make a phone call or fax the other Doctor but she failed to do her job and if this things happens again I will have to complain to the office of Health Minister. I will be following up with the date and every conversation with her. If she doesn't like her job she should find something else to do. Most of the time you can hear her paying more attention and conversing with people speaking the same language with her while we are standing waiting to see a Doctor. This review is for the Doctor's receptionist nothing to do with pharmacy staff.

Dr. Mahdi is fantastic. I was able to get in to see him quickly, and he took the time to listen to everything I had to say and I didn't feel rushed. He also immediately referred me to a specialist, which I greatly appreciated.
