Staff are very friendly and helpful. I just don't like the fact that it is not inside of the save on food and you have to walk there to go to pharmacy. It is not pleasant specially in winter. But the service is good and makes up for it

After years of dealing with the other pharmacy in the mall, I switched us to this pharmacy. They are WONDERFUL. They seem genuinely pleased to be doing their jobs and happy to help you. What a difference. Oh, and their dispensing charge is way, way lower.

I highly recommend Pharmicists, Young and Patrick and all the staff, in Glenmore. I am amazed how caring, helpful and knowledgeable they are. Young went so far as to phone me and inquire how I was feeling on the new medication he suggested that I ask my Doctor for. (I'm doing much better on the one he suggested) And... The dispensing fee is so much less than all of the other pharmacies I've been to in Kelowna...I'm a lifer ... ????
