Convenient location but I have experienced racist behavior. The female Manager was so rude when I asked why do I get followed each time I shop there. It was very obvious as every aisle I turned into, she would be right there to ask me what she did 5 mins prior, "can I help you with something?" I pointed out that I use the location regularly and it is always the same experience. I have never observed any other race /nationality being followed so intently. It was very disturbing as her response was because they have over $400 worth of theft daily. Like really? What does that have to do with me? Rude!

The staff are very helpful and observant of the clientele. The store is brightly lit and well organized. Fantastic to have a pharmacy attached to a healthcare building. Smart choice!

Absolutely amazing pharmacy! Brett, Sydney and their team are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Katie went out of her way to get me my prescription when I needed it most and it’s the little extras like these that set this pharmasave apart from the rest. They make you feel welcome and valued. Would highly recommend!!

This Pharmasave had the most welcoming, friendly and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any pharmacy. Especially the pharmacists - zero judgement, always smiling and they remembered our names ever since the first time we visited the store. Even the security guard outside was incredibly friendly. 5 starts all day.

I had a personal health issue with a product and I would have 100% respected their "no return policy" if I was not told to come back the next day as the manager was not in the store. When I returned the following day, the manager was incredibly condescending and rude. She didn't even listen to me before putting me down. Even saying I could have given her COVID. Miss manager wasn't even wearing her mask when I walked in. Extremely unprofessional and biased customer service.

This is such a great pharmacy. Staff has always been extremely polite and helpful! I’ve always been able to pick up my prescriptions quickly as the pharmacists are very efficient. Will always choose this location!

Just a delight! The pharmacists and assistants have both keen adorable bedside manners. Naturally Dazzling with bird chirping ,sing-a-long magic that takes Doyle St. Back where Old service lessons skyrocket together. Remphasising “Customer is always right” tag line. you can count on to Remember your name every visit These warm greetings . It is like a 1950’s dream. Something we All should embrace with a hop skip and a jump smile . Times are tough and it is the little moments that keep us going .

I always enjoy coming here. There is new product selection and sale items all the time. The staff is very friendly as well! I get my prescriptions here too, because it's in a convenient location which makes it quick and easy getting what I need!
