PRN is absolutely fantastic! My wife loves it for when she gets sore feet or ankles, as it works better than anything else for that type of aching joint pain. I use it for headaches by spraying on the back of my neck. Nice minty smell, and soaks in fast. High recommend it if you have joint point of any kind!
