Poor customer service. Purchased an item.. wasn't told it was final sale...then wouldn't allow a return. This is a perfect example of why most people are turning to online purchases

Do not come to this location if you want service. Not a single person greeted us, or offered to help us find what we were looking for. We then stood at the front counter waiting to pay while they made eye contact with us and no one would come over. We eventually walked to the back and asked if we could pay there, the lady said sure and then made it seem like an inconvenience to help us by saying "you don't seem to get much done in this spot..."

I have a special need meds that has to be made. Dyck’s was making it until I went to renew and they called to say couldn’t. I talked to pharmacist, she told me she couldn’t find one of the ingredients so I would have to research where to get it. I explained it was a very serious health situation and I needed this drug for survival. She told me “ it is not my problem, I’m sure you’ll be fine”. I was shocked. When I tried to express my desperation and would pay anything to have her help me she hung up on me. My wife suggested lakeside pharmacy. Lakeside not only found the ingredients easily to make my prescription they were virtuous and cheaper. I will never use or recommend Dyck’s again. Since the original owners sold to the big company, they are without a soul. Beware, buy elsewhere!

I'm truly amazed at Dycks customer service, they are real people that deal with such a wide range, they take their time with any client or myself that I've seen... to make sure we understand whatever we're struggling with...The ladies and Matt have gone above and beyond for me... they have always been my favorite safe place for my meds... hands down the most profound place with caring and understanding staff!!!
