Mostly cheaper than your average retailer, but you usually buy more than you need due to packaging size. So if you need a bottle of Ketchup, forget it! Warranty, however, is the best out there!

You need a membership to enter the store. There is a yearly fee for the membership but it is great to have it. Store has a great return policy so u can shop freely knowing if the quality is not good u can get your money back. Products usually change by the season so there is usually something new in the store every few months

Definitely check prices before you go and its kind of a zoo right now. Not the best deals in town. For example: Chosen Foods Avocado Oil is cheaper at Walmart. The sale items usually can't be beat anywhere though.

Gotta love Costco..I bought some prescription eyeglasses there and had a problem with them. I was expecting them to send them away and I'd have to wait a week or so to get them back. To my delight they fixed them while I shopped and had them repaired and ready by the time I finished. No charge.

We like to shop at this particular Costco. This Costco in kelowna is large enough to that the layout is easy to navigate around and to have different sections for specific items. For example, they have a drug and health section. Then there's your household clothes and items. There is a computer area. Then you have meat, cheese, a frozen food area. The staff overall are friendly, helpful, and willing to assist you with your questions. There is self check out and regular check outs. The self check-out are good for small orders. They have a tyre and mechanic on site. We get our car serviced here. #accessible #familyfriendly #wheelchairaccessible #bulkbuy

Nice size store that never has enough parking spots. Conveniently located between 2 highways, Costco Kelowna is ready to offer its customers most of the products that other Costco from larger cities could. The waiting lines to get in are currently less than 2 minutes. Compared to 20 minutes (norm) last few months and 45 minutes (the longest) I waited to get in the store in January, 1- 2 minutes are nothing. Same goes with the lines for check-out. It used to be up to 30 minutes. Currently is about 5-10 minutes. I'd like to see one or two tables where customers could eat the ordered food. At this point is all "to go". I'd also like to see changes in customers contact through phone. It's been more than six months since I keep trying contacting the store (if I had a question about diferent products avsilability), but no one picked up the phone. It was inconvenient, as I had to personally go there, wait on the long waiting lines to get in and check for myself on a product or 2, and perhaps more people on the floor available to assist answering questions and helping people buy heavy items. Other than that, the store is clean, neat and could have the staff here is friendly. ????. Way to go, Costco

If you like Costco shopping you will like this one since it is a clone of the newer ones. The parking lot is easier to navigate than some especially if you are towing an RV and need to gas up. Buying propane is typical Costco - wish you could pay at the pump instead of all the way back into the store but the price is right.

Nothing beats Costco.... From cell phones with any service provider, eggs, winter jacket, beef, chicken, electronic you name it! also ood sized Costco. You'll get what you expect. In case everybody doesn't already know, be sure to get your Kirkland TP here. If that is all you ever buy there it is still well worth the cost of membership.

It might be difficult finding a parking spot and you might have to wait in line for 10 or 15 minutes but this is trivial when you look at everything Costco offers. First of all, the workers are excellent. Everything from the cleanliness of the store to the price of the items are incredible. Just be prepared to spend a little more time there than you would at another big box store. And don’t forget to get that cheap hot dog and fries.

Excellent service from the Tire Shop. I was visiting from out of town and noticed a puncture on Sunday. Costco were able to squeeze me in at short notice and repair my tire quickly. A competitor said it couldn't be patched and recommended a new tire. Costco reexamined the tire and repaired it! Helpful, knowledgeable, and timely service. Strongly recommend.

Costco generally has been a good place to shop. They get you through the tills very quickly. As you proceed to exist they review you bill and if something is missed like paper towel, which they tell you to leave at the bottom of your buggy, they stop you and tell you that the this item was not payed for and to step to the side. While you are waiting people are going by and commenting "what did you do trying to steal". Then when someone finally shows up all they say to you is "follow me". They take you to the back where now you can pay for the item they missed. No apology just a blank stare. I have never been made to feel so embarrassed for something I did NOT do wrong. I think moving forward, before I pay I will review my bill to ensure nothing was missed. I do not want to be put in that position again.

There are two things that draw me to the Kelowna Costco: the arguably best return policy in the world and the $1.50 Costco hotdogs. With their return policy Costco really stands by their products and avoids selling junk unlike a lot of the other big box stores. As for the hot dogs, well they may give you some unholy burps but are worth it. For a few years now however, the Kelowna Costco location has been too small for the rapidly increasing population that it serves. It can be difficult to find parking during peak times and that the store often feels crowded. They did recently implement self-serve checkouts which helps if you have a small purchase and don’t want to wait forever in the lines. Fortunately, Costco will be moving to a much larger location near the Superstore, with more parking and even a gas bar. I look forward to reviewing the new location once it is up and running.

My wife and I have attempted to shop here for years, we have held a paid membership forever and have recently decided to stop shopping here forever. We will be cancelling our membership and will never be back. Each time we go in, we are attacked by employees. Today it was the receipt checker who told my wife she caused a "cufflufle" because the receipt checker couldn't find one of the items we had purchased on the receipt. Last time we were there, I walked in with my wife and staff attacked me this time, yelling at me that they didn't see my membership before entering the place and I couldn't come in. My wife showed her membership beforehand and I was there with her, right beside her. The time before that my wife went to the food area and purchased food, my daughter wanted a cup to share some water so my wife went to get one. The plastic cups were sitting out by the registers for people to use and when my wife took one, an employee ran out from behind the counter and yelled at my wife that she was stealing and had to pay the $0.10 for the cup. Every time we go there we get attacked by incredibly rude employees with no education or training. Costco is now in our rear view mirror for good. I'd rather shop at the local penitentiary.

The staff is often unresponsive and sometimes rude. They refuse to accept merchandise returns at times incorrectly stating they did not ever sell a product. Keep your receipts so you can verify your claim. This attitude to returns goes against Costco's policy regarding no hassle returns for any reason other than the three month limit on electronic returns.

I used the self check out option this afternoon and the Spanish associate wouldn't stop starring at me. I didn't need her help and there were plenty of other customers she should have been focusing on. She made me feel like I was a thief stealing groceries. You need to teach yourself employees proper manners and better procedures. Horrible experience from Costco Kelowna.
