I initially had a bad experience during my collection of parcel prior to this comment. As UPS continuously deliver my parcel without notice to this store, I went for a collection at this location again. This time I happen to meet with the owner, a really nice lady who explained to me their process and clarified the misunderstanding. The store is always clean and tidy. Better than most convenience store on average.
