Great pharmacy. Not sure why people are complaining on here about it, I don’t think it’s legal or appropriate to take back medications that have been dispensed already and sat in your house for who knows how long. Great customer service and friendly staff.

This is in response to Patsy & Gary Foster's post. I was in the pharmacy when Patsy came in. She accused the staff of screwing up her prescription when in fact her doctor had changed her med. When the manager tried to show her the prescription she continued to yell over her and would not listen. Then her husband came into the store and threatened the staff. After much verbal abuse, the manager simply asked them to leave. If the Fosters want to be treated with respect, perhaps they should act accordingly. Village Gate values their customers.

So thankful for the team at this pharmacy. I forgot my medication at home, called this location for advice. It all worked out, within a few hours I was able to pick up my meds from a very helpful friendly and professional team. Thanks so much Village Gate Pharmasave Team.

This store goes out of their way to accommodate their customers. They value each and everyone of them. They were asked to leave after they verbally assaulted the staff as the manager was on the phone trying to reach the e owner so that the situation could be taken care of. The husband then came in and called the staff a#$&holes and that was when the manager asked them to leave. Numerous staff tried to explain as per the laws the staff at any pharmacy cannot legally take back pills once they have left the store to witch the woman yelled it was wrong medication the manager attempted to explain it with a copy of the prescription to which the wochise to speak over her. That was when the his and got involved and was the who was rude and called the staff names and wass asked to leave. In my opinion Pharmasave went above and beyond to try to accommodate her and explain why she got the medication she did

We are Seniors and we were treated of disrespect to the fullest. I came in with a walker and wanted a refund on my medication that was given to me and didn't ever take in my life, was refused and was kicked out of the store by the So called Manager. I just had a total knee replacement and Kathy told me to stop stopping and keep moving. Get out of my store she yelled at the top of her voice. STOP STOPPING, KEEP MOVING. Who does that to people? My Husband came in to see if i was ok, Manager screamed at him too, to get out. I still in shock over this behaver So I called the owner Prong Tan, he did nothing, but said when he gets a chance he Will Look at the video. Couldn't tell me when because he lives all the way in Scar. He also said , maybe another drug store will serve you better. Who says that about their own drug store. I hope one day she will need a knee replacement done and see how fast she can move one day after surgery. Shame on you. So for all of you looking for a drug store, Shoppers Drug Mart. Very friendly service, Thank-you. Shoppers Drug Mart. By the way i wasn't shutting at her, just talking normal. If she having a bad day at Home, don't take it out on other people.Shame, Shame on you , so called Manager of the Store.
