Went into optical store to fill an emergency contact order. I had the current perscription. There was a lady and a clerk at the counter. I asked the young man if he filled emergency contact lenae order. I have my perscription and ita my last pair. The lady started saying. No,no,no, no. Im very disappointed at the lady in the kelowna walmart vision store. In time of need she was really rude in this time of all our challenges.

The pharmacist Mr Patel goes above and beyond. I went with a prescription that has apparently been discontinued and they did not have. He called around the city to find a pharmacy that still had some, sent the script and all of my benefit info so it was ready when I got there. Then the next day he even called me to check I was able to get it and see how my son was doing. Appreciate this man's kindness and generosity.

Great pharmacy great staff. Ridiculous that they lock up diabetic glucerna and other diabetic foods when the pharmacy is closed. No other pharmacy in town does that but they all charge way higher prices than walmart. All they have to do is leave some out and accessable on the after hour shelves.

Dropped off a prescription to be filled at 2PM, Pharmacy tech told me it would be between 10 and 15 minutes, I went and ate mcdonalds, then did shopping, leaving my food in the car and then went back in to retrieve the prescription about an hour and 15 minutes later. The pharmacy tech replied that it wasn't ready as the pharmacist needed to sign off on it, and was currently in a medication consultation right next to the pharmacy. I waited for an additional 15 minutes, and asked how much longer it was going to be. This very large, and rude, nasty woman behind the desk replied with "We dont know how much longer its going to be". I replied with "I have food sitting in the car and its 36c outside, I dont have time to wait all day". She replied with "Well its not going to take all day". I call BS, it COULD have taken all day as I could see helping customers was not at all a priority, however saying stupid sassy comments to make yourself feel better that you work at walmart clearly was. My seafood was quickly thawing in the car so I stormed out of there to return the next day. Last prescription I will ever ever have filled at walmart. Regards, Chris

Cal (or Kal?) was rude, didn’t really care about customer service for sure. Barely lifted his head to talk to me and was rude during conversation. Wal-mart does not have the lowest price for their prescriptions so there are way too many other pharmacies that care about customer service, so we will take our business somewhere else from now on.

Poor customer service After placing a medication order over the phone I went for pickup at the committed time ( in fact 40 min later ) – The pharmacy operator apologized because the order was not ready …and they don’t know ( ?!) when it will be available, because the shipment came in the same morning and they “don’t know when will be processed “ . First) is understandable these days to experience some delays so THE CUSTOMER CAN BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE to avoid unnecessary travel - Second ) Receiving should be prioritized based on immediate orders . Looks like this Walmart Pharmacy don’t know.. or don’t care about all these.

Awful awful awful walmart today i went in my product was priced at $8.84 it rang up at $19.99 and i asked for it to be reduced they refused when i proved myself right they put the item in at $10.00 and did not honour the price accuracy policy. Im sorry I dont make policies but i definetly know about them. I think you should learn to read kenora walmart bunch of useless people workin there forsure!
