All of the staff at Pratt's are exceptional, and the fact that Pratt's offers free delivery to your home is a testament to their complete approach to customer service. Chris is always available for an in person meeting/consultation at his office regarding any question you may have. He is professional and caring. He will look you in the eye, listen carefully and give you professional and comprehensive recommendations regarding your situation. When my mother-in-law was in a particularly tough situation Chris personally compounded her prescription and drove out to Westsyde to deliver the medication, after hours, on a week end. My absolute favourite pharmacy. Everyone is so nice and genuine - especially Chris. When he sees me walk in, he stops what he's doing and makes sure that he waves and greets me by my name! Love the new renos they did too. The pharmacy also has a door to door delivery if you can't make it in to get your prescription. They even brought my meds to my work once! Awesome. The only thing that sucks is that they are closed on weekends and holidays whereas places like Shoppers drug mart are always open. So if you need to pick up prescriptions on the weekends, you need to make sure you plan ahead or else you will be hooped. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone! Don't trust any bad reviews because I have been going here for many years and have never ever had a problem.

don't trust them,the pharmacist told me that if this $80 dollar lotion didn't work he would fax dr for a different one,2 days later I told him its not working he said try for 2weeks and phone back...I did they completely denied they said it......I wouldn't recommend them at all,and don't want owner phoning me to bully me too take my review down so he gets all these 5 star reviews what a joke.....
