As a staff that works in social work, it is such a pleasure to work with pharmacy staff members that go the extra mile for our clients. I was so impressed that I actually switched to using their services. Today, orchard walk actually did a lot of leg work to help cover costs of a medicine for me that would have been out of my reach financially. I remember meeting the owner when the Pharmacy was being built and knew immediately, by our short interaction, that I would transfer my services to his Pharmacy. I have never regretted my move. I wish they had more food items, as we have lived next door for 2 years and there hasnt been any of the promised construction in the nearby empty lot, that isnt their fault obviously- but it would be noce to have more options nearby. The staff are all very friendly

Tonight I got a 911 call from a family member from Alberta visiting Kamloops and needed the pharmacist to prescribe for her, as she had left her meds at home. This young lady had gone to 5 other pharmacies in Kamloops, big box stores I'm SURE. She was in tears. I'm a pharmacy assistant in Stony Plain, Alberta and work for a small independent. I googled and found THIS. Called RIGHT away and spoke to an AMAZING gentleman! He assured me he was able to assist her right AWAY. Not knowing what area of Kamloops she was in I gave her the phone number, knowing they would closing soon. This AMAZING pharmacist had her prescription ready by the time she got THERE. She was SO thankful for the help from THIS amazing Pharmacist!!!

I had a really great experience there.the staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable.mr.winters was very helpful to my husband and myself,even helping my husband to the vehicle as he ( my husband) is quite severely limited in movements due to severe rheumatoid arithritis.i would highly recommend this store.many thanks for great service to us.

Nice people. The store is always very clean, and I like how they have things directly from the community. However, they charge a staggering $2.50 plus tax for Peace Tea. That may not sound like a lot, but when You can buy a case of 12 for $9.47 (.79 per can), and everywhere else in Kamloops charges .99, that's very silly. 3 stars because I really like Peace Tea and my girlfriend said that she's never seen me this upset over pricing before.
