Really unprofessional experience with this telephone clinic. All kinds of communication problems with my prescription. Overall a very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time here. Just use the Babylon health app. You’ll get much better service

I was visiting from Ontario and needed to see a doctor. The nurse took me right away at 8am Monday. I was in, saw the nurse, was checked by a doctor via video link. I got a prescription and had it filled by the attached pharmacy and was out in 35 minutes. Outstanding service.

While on vacation near Kamloops I needed to find a walk in clinic to get a prescription. The nurse on duty was super friendly and pleasant; I was able to call and make an appointment (no waiting in long lines!) and see the doctor via video chat within minutes. Since it’s located in a pharmacy, I had my prescription in my hand less than 40 minutes after my appointment started. This will seriously change Canadian health care for the better. Thanks to the nurse and dr. on duty, and to Kipp Mallory for taking a chance on this new model, increasing access for all.
