(Original) Très mauvais service à la clientèle j’ai appelé pour avoir un conseil du pharmacien j’achète souvent à cette pharmacie et je vais souvent au bureau poste..j’avais besoin de parler au pharmacien pour qu’il me conseille un certain produit médicamenteux ,on ne pouvait pas entrer dans la pharmacie à cause du confinement.....il m’a répondu avez vous un dossier ici .....je lui ai répondu que non et il m’a dit je n’ai pas le temps de m’occuper de vous je garde ça pour mes clients????Quel bonne réponse Monsieur il est où le service vous vous prenez pour qui....jamais plus je vais allé acheter à votre pharmacie....j’ai travaillé 46 ans dans une pharmacie ....et le service au client c’était primordial......quel belle exemple que vous montrez à vos employés.....
