He’s patient and works very hard to help everyone who steps in the door. We were taken care of by him personally and appreciate the professionalism. I felt a tingle in my lip. Oh no! The cold sore is on the way. Luckily for me the pharmacist was able to prescribe me a viral medication while I was jogging to the store. Let's hope that 10 minutes was fast enough to catch it in time.

I am so grateful to have found this place. I saw their sign stating that they could write prescriptions as I was walking by one day. As an Edmonton transplant, I didn't yet have a family doctor to write my prescriptions and Robert was instantly friendly when I walked in, and has been a great help since then. He is always smiling when I've entered, and I have seen him be very kind, amiable, and patient with everyone who's been through the doors. They also offer medication delivery, which has been incredibly helpful on days when I've been sick. I've only taken advantage of this option once or twice, but he was flexible with delivery times, and made sure that I got what I needed. I would recommend using Robert as your pharmacist over any of the big chain pharmacies any day. Everyone who works here is great, and it's always good to support smaller businesses!

I travel a tremendous amount and have only recently moved to Edmonton, Alberta Canada when I was so blessed to wander into this lovely little place and meet pharmacist Rober and his wife Traze. I was in the throws of a dreadful full body migraine and was trying to locate the medication I used to use when I was in Canada but unable to locate since I had gotten to Edmonton and was now in an awful state. Not only did Rober immediately get on the phone and call around finding me the elusive medication but he actually drove 2 hours to pick it up for me so I did not have to wait in such agony while it was shipped to him. When you travel with a chronic illness it is always such a blessing to be guided to a wonderful little shop like this with such kind and caring owners. My service dog thinks it is his second home now and Rober has taken the time to help me research some changes I had been wanting to make in my prescriptions and diet for awhile which has proved to be tremendously successful. And the fact that he can prescribe most medications is highly beneficial when you get attacked by mosquitoes after doctors hours and you are in an awful state in need of antihistamines which he knew just the right one to prescribe for me. This is a lovely family business...that will instantly make you feel like you are family and that you matter and they truly care. The space is so well thought out too, designed to create a feeling of warmth, space and flow for your comfort not just to display products. It makes you feel like your comfort truly matters. Even the music is soothing and peaceful and inviting you to sit while he fills your prescriptions or researches things for you is really such a kind and considerate thing to do. We care pharmacy, I can tell you 100% from my experiences there and my heart...they really do.

Rober and his team are a great pharmacy. Great service and very client- centered. They are available 7 days a week, answer their phone promptly and return calls. There have been no drug errors (unlike our previous pharmacy). They asked how we would like our drugs packaged and have everything done on time for us. When I need advice I call Rober and I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Absolutely no complaints and only praise for this small independent pharmacy.

I'm so glad to have found We Care Pharmacy! It's an awesome family business with a family-business feel: compassionate and attentive interactions, timely service, and highly knowledgeable. The prescription fills are quick (minutes), friendly, enjoyable and informative. As an added bonus, non-prescription drug store items are 20% off. As a bonus, there is a medical doctor on site. However, the lead Pharmacist, Rober, is a Doctor of Pharmacology which mean he can fill AND write prescriptions. I always enjoy my interactions with staff and have switched permanently (who wouldn't?). Also note: they deliver for free, which is unheard of these days.

He answered my questions thoroughly and was so gentle with my jab I almost didn't feel it. i would definitely come again. There is also free street parking just up the block towards 102 Ave. It was a fantastic experience.

We were there to take booster shot today. After waiting 20 mins, the pharmacist let us in a office. He spoke so fast, tbh I didn’t fully understand what he was saying. He showed us the bottle of Pfizer vaccine and a separate needle injector. And the injection took 2 mins, it happened so quickly. He put bandaid on our arm, but when we got home, we found what s in photo. seriously, why are you giving me a bandaid if you are not covering on the wound at all?????

This is the worst clinic I have ever been involved with dealing with. Dr.Kasavan is a very nice man but his staff are extremely rude and have terrible customer service training. Thye show zero empathy from the head nurse right into the reception staff.. They are out out by any request and are extremely un helpful. I will never go back to this clinic again
