I can not say enough about this pharmacy. As a patient with a chronic illness I require constant refills and bi-weekly/monthly injections. The pharmacists/owners of this location could not do more to help me manage my prescriptions and even put it in their calendar to call and remind me my injections are due! The kindness and love they show for not just their patients but the communities they open their pharmacies in has guaranteed they have my families business for life. Thank you all at Jasper Pharmacy for all you have done for me. I could not be more thankful for all the chasing my Drs for refills, saving me from missing work by administering my injections and for always offering to stay late or deliver. You are an amazing bunch!

If you’re coming here for your booster I would only come here if you want a quick in and out. If you’re afraid of needles at all, this isn’t a good place to consider. The staff who greeted me was quite short as in they cut me off before I could even answer their question. I was told to go into a “consultation room” but no conversations happened. The experience was nothing like the 1st and 2nd vaccine roll outs where a kind nurse talks to you about the vaccine or the process at all. The staff came in very rushed and didn’t even sit down. The only words said were “left or right?” and the needle went in without notice. The whole interaction was about 10 seconds and then they left as quick as they came. I wasn’t even told to sit or be monitored for the 15 minutes after. In short, if you want quick and fast, this is a suitable place. If there are more boosters in the next six months, I’ll probably go somewhere else personally. I would also encourage you to call before you come for an appointment. Someone who had a scheduled Pfizer appointment was turned away due to no stock. Check beforehand.

Super friendly staff and pharmacists here. They are very willing to go out of their way to make sure that your insurance covers the absolute most possible and often offer to give you multiple refills at once in order to save on dispensing fees. This is definitely my #1 place to go for prescriptions as well as advice regarding medical issues.

This pharmacy is as shady as they come, they act caring at first, but a narcissistic family/crew will always eventually show you their true colours and if you try calling them on their unprofessionalism and zero communication skills they will attack your character! Withhold your medication even go as far as telling you your insurance isn’t working(when there is no problem with insurance) and try collecting cash from you 5 days in advance quote unquote, and let’s not forget delivering me the incorrect dosage, and where the rest of that dosage ever went because it never made it back to me... there should be a negative star option the only reason I gave them a one star was to warn others of this shady establishment!

I went to Jasper Pharmacy for the first time today and am blown away by how wonderful my experience with the team was. I sat down with a team member, who reviewed my history and made a care plan with me. He listened, took the time to explain everything, gave helpful suggestions and genuinely cared. I've never felt so well cared for after a pharmacy visit. I am happily switching to this pharmacy and would highly recommend them to everyone.

The pharmacist here is amazing. The second time I went in the store, I didn't need to introduce myself. Knowledgeable and efficient. One time I picked up insulin on my way home from work and he put it in with ice packs to keep it cool. I have never had a pharmacist go the extra mile like that for me.

I had a great relationship with the owners. True colours have now been shown. It is now my experience to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that these owners are as shady as they come. It may not be your experience but trust me; you will learn at one time or another. They are shady, dishonest, and completely without morality. When their facade starts to show itself and you call them on it, their will try their hardest to make you believe that black is white and when you opt to look closely and determine the truth, they start attacking you. Just go in knowing this and exercise caution. A charming character can only take you so far and then reality sets in. I had to give one star cause it would let me post otherwise. Called the pharmacy about a possible drug interaction & the Pharmacist was amazing.He solved all my concerns and his advise on managing side effects was very helpful. For reference, I am not a customer of this pharmacy as I live in a small community outside of Edmonton . I WILL be using this pharmacy whenever I will be needing one in city.
