We just visited there looking to buy some souvenirs from our vacation, but we found the service and staff not welcoming at all. We went down the street and found a great store instead of this one to purchase our souvenirs.

We went there last tuesday... the lady who works there was so rude....not friendly @ all we was checking jasper ???? for our boys she was angry because we unfold the tshirts. Never go back again....bad customer service.

Very large gift shop with lots of selection, within steps of the train station.

Has many things which is nice. But a bit pricey (found the same thing later about 30% cheaper). Also staff is not as friendly as you'd expect around these parts.

We visited this gift and souvenir store in Jasper town in July 2019. It is located just across the street from the Jasper VIA Rail Station and there is an almost life like black bear at the door to welcome you in. We did some last minute shopping for T-shirts to buy as gifts of which they had a nice collection with mountain and wildlife motifs on them. They were a bit expensive.

I was very disappointed in the customer service, I bought a zippo from them for my fathers birthday and decided to return it (in unused condition) because he was disappointed in the quality. The lady working there said it would be fine to exchange the lighter, she then proceeded to phone who I assume the manager, only to say that they would not be able to do the exchange. After all this she was still being rather rude and ignorant. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!
