Walked in to pick up handful of prescriptions for my dad. Tech poured pills to count and place into container but drops them on the counter. Takes pills with bare fingers and places them into the container. A 2nd tech in attendance looks at me (she knows I was watching) then looks at the other. At this point the pharmacist Amy Tang comes into the area and I ask "why don't your staff handle medication with gloved hands?", to which she replies "We don't touch them". "Yes they do.. She just did". Pharmacist said nothing else...no apology, no asking the tech what happened, no even checking which medication was touched. I'm not impressed at all with this pharmacy and the lack of hygiene.
