My son had a serious accident at work in Vancouver. He will need help for a few months so I went to pick him up to bring him home. He requires medication, so I stopped in Hope on the way home to have the prescriptions filled. The pharmacist went out of his way to accommodate my situation, to get us back on the road quickly, and was very kind. Sending a huge thank you to Pharmasave Hope and all the team there. You made a hard day a lot brighter by helping me out and getting us on the road quickly.

Overall good selection of most common pharmacy items, but they also sell other nifty-gifty, things. They have a whole aisle dedicated to knick-knack household items, as well as good quality women's clothing. In summer they have beautiful summer dresses and light blouses, and in winter, scarves, sweaters, etc. They also carry some yoga/workout gear. Vitamins, make-up, hair products seem to be a bit on the pricey side, so it's best to wait for sales on those items. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pharmasave charges for their plastic bags, but always a good idea to bring your own cloth bags. They also sell good quality nylon bags at the cashier.

Hope pharmacy is absolutely fantastic! I love the real sense of family and neighbourhood whenever I go there. Iam treated like Ive been going there since I was a child. Hope pharmacy (Rexall) really embodies what a small town is.

November 2021, Mud/Rock slide closed all highways. my guess is 1500 extra people stranded in town for 4 days. they were the only pharmacy open Tuesday November 16, 2021. The staff worked very hard to help everyone stranded without medication. Thank you very very much for all your hard work!

Friendly people, but the pharmacist tried to sell me a homeopathic remedy without even identifying it as such. A lot of people don't pay attention to medical ingredients. This garbage shouldn't even be on the shelves.

Five stars for the delivery service to Boston Bar. I am not sure who set it up or whether they deliver elsewhere, but if you call ahead some someone will bring you prescriptions to the bowling alley in Boston Bar on the following Thursday

We had no place left to turn to on easter monday as our dog was bleeding pretty badly. We made a mess in the store trying to find some help for stopping the bleeding. We went outside after not finding much to help our situation. While outside finding a Vet 30 minutes away the staff came outside and offered us a roll of soft paper towels and a bag for the trash. They cleaned up our mess in the store, and we are grateful. Thank you for what help you provided.

My neighbour in his 70s fell outside across the street , made it to the pharmacy The good blonde lady helped him so much bandaging his fingers nd the pharmacist gave him no rush advice on pain killers etc. What a nice group of employees they are there.

I just had the best experience at this pharmacy! We forgot our child’s medication at home and are heading out of town this weekend. I called this pharmacy and the pharmacist immediately got to work to contact my home pharmacy and get his prescription ready. They were super fast, friendly, and really cared. On top of it all they were playing great music and everyone working seemed to love their jobs. Highly recommended.

Just moved to Hope from Ontario. Needed a prescription at 4:52 on a Sunday(today). They close at 5:00. “Oh and we close in 5 mins”....”is that a problem for you?”....”well....no”. Never mind lady....I’ll go across the street tomorrow morning. They have made me feel very welcome. They happened to be closed so I thought I’d try Pharmasave. You just lost a couple of pretty good new customers for your pharmacist today, and we fill a lot of prescriptions.

Owner was very rude and unprofessional. I was made to feel like a criminal trying to fill my husband pain meds. I can appreciate due diligence but this man was rude and asked for a criteria to be met, which we were happy to abide but after everything he turned us away even after the endorsement of doctors, hospital, and clinic. Very abnormal for a pharmacist to assume both the prescribing doctor is a fraud and stage 4 cancer is cover story for pain meds. I actually felt profiled by this man as he didn’t seem this way with other patrons. Won’t ever go here again and making a claim through the collage of pharmacists of B.C. After getting our GP to resend this to a more professional pharmacy, the new pharmacy was happy to help and was not understanding the issue hope pharmacy was having as I had provided all Necessary requirements. Our prescribing GP also was not impressed with the tone hope pharmacy’s owner took and was confused by his lack of professionalism.

As friendly and nice as that they are.The pharmacy department is apparently overwhelmed and understaffed.no communication between stations and cost me extra dispensing fee for emergency pills from pharmacy across the street.any new residents to hope should beware they may or may or may not be able to help you. After being dissatisfied with the pharmacy a 3rd time, I will shop at the hope pharmacy for my medication for now on.

Hope Pharmasave has always been friendly and helpful, I enjoy shopping at this store because of the variety of options for gifts and cosmetics. Hope Oharmasave is a great asset to our town.

I have been a patron of this pharmacy for many years and found their service to be fast, friendly and inexpensive BUT I have noticed a considerable drop in service and response time including having to call back my doctor to verify if prescriptions have been faxed only to be told they have been and having to recall the pharmacy to be told they may have been faxed to another pharmacy in town which means another call to a different pharmacy to be told once again no prescription was ordered in that name only to find out later that the prescription was faxed to the right pharmacy a day earlier but was misplaced by staff?? My partner who is a senior citizen was shocked that during Covid19 no precautionary measures seem to be in place. I phoned before I left home to make sure my prescription was ready when I went in it was not I waited 15 - 20 mins this made me nervous so I explained I will be in the car please bring them to me which took another 15 mins. As we waited we saw people enter and leave with no gloves or mask and the entrance door was never wiped down. No hand sanitizer as you enter or at the counter. When my meds was brought to the car the staff had no gloves the visa machine was not wiped clean it was dirty, oily, greasy and visible finger smudge marks this made me very uncomfortable as I was left wondering that during this pandemic crisis which calls for regular hand washing/sanitizing what was I exposing both myself and my partner who has a severe autoimmune disease to. Please for everyone's safety instruct and have members of your staff follow and practice safe measures have protocols in place many many seniors shop at your pharmacy.

After waiting almost a week to have my prescriptions filled and repeatedly being told they hadn’t even begun filling it after three trips to the pharmacy and two phone calls, I just waited in store for 20 minutes while one employee helped the woman in front of me and two others ignored me. When the employee finished with the woman in front of me he just went back to counting pills and I waited 5 more minutes and walked out. No one acknowledged me, no one said hello, no one said “we’ll be with you in a minute” nothing! I’ll be going elsewhere

This store is one of the few in Hope where you msy find what you are in need of. The pharmacy does charge a higher dispensing fee then what most insurance companies pay therefore leaving a few dollars per prescription that you must pay. So if you don't mind paying this overcharge then this is a great store
