Great clinic, the pharmacists are very educated and informative when required. The pharmacists' assistant Sierra is always smiling and so so soooo friendly ????. My husband and I have both recognized appalling attitude from one of the other pharmasist assistants which seems to have been rectified after a few mentions of it, but apart from that definite 5 stars. As for the new normal and necessary "Social Distancing" protocols, you can be assured it is safe.

Very friendly, good service They now have a no loitering policy, so much better. It was ridiculous sometimes going there and not being able to hear the pharmacist because of all the lowlifes hanging around talking so loud So much better now, except for some of them there today, I guess they can't read!!!

This pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in stcatharines the workers are outstanding service and always are they to help people with there addiction problems..if you are having issues with addiction I highly recommend the Hope Pharmacy and clinic to get life back to normal thanks for all the help and the great pharmacy technicians for everything you do for all your clients you know who you are ????????????????lol ps????yours truly Nickolas

The owner and his staff are extremely kind and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and intelligent. Two things a pharmacy needs to be as great as these people are. I have NEVER had a bad experience there and I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years now. Good job Hope Pharmacy!????

The pharmacy staff is amazing. They recognize you after only one visit, they refill your prescriptions on schedule, they don't charge extra fees, and they listen to you and are helpful.

I love them there especially Jeff if not for him in 2011 when another clinic transferred everything before i saw the dr and left me hanging i went right there in a panic explained my situation and he was the greatest and saved me and helped me by getting me in right away with dr and letting me start a week earlier bc i wasnt suppose to be done at other clinic until i saw the dr following week ive been there since they were on st paul to bond yes there were some pharmacists who did not pay attention but were never there after it was brought to head pharmacists attention even saw within 24 hours 1 pharmacist gone bc kat whose there now watches closely and shld they make a mistake she is on top of it and gets rid of them for good reason bc she cares about the patients and clients safety ! There is a cpl of them there that are great and have helped me tremendously like my unexpected visit to nb and they were so good so kudos

Regularly Pharmacist Late!! After complaining to owner multiple times. All though this pandemic staff does not wear masks even though they are handling open drinks and filling your prescription which of course is going to be put straight in your mouth. Most staff lazy except one, place is filthy! I could go on but lets see if things improve if they do I will retract this feedback.
