Only go here if you want to be accused of theft. I have been to this store a number of times. Always with a a packsack or reuseable bag. Today as i am shopping a greyhaired woman comes and start giving me trouble and accusing me of theft. I showed her my bag and was empty and promptly left. This maybe the only hardware store in town but sure will not give them my money willing...i will ship in what I can.

Update...new location behind McDonald's. Way more spacious and bright store, easy access to Garden items and lumber yard. Still very helpful staff and good selection..some great sales too!

I went to rona to pick up a 3 way light bulb.and when I got home I realized that it was way to big.so the next day I returned it and they helped me pick up the correct size.nice place and friendly helpful staff.

This is a small town location, so you cannot have big expectations with respect to stock availability. So assume that you possibly might not find what you need, or there might not be enough of what you need. Some of the staff are outstanding. Helpful, courteous and caring. The majority seem to be too busy with other things to concern themselves with assisting customers. If you need help, you have to go find somebody. They don't worry about you in the store. There seems to be adequate staffing, but I don't know what the employer expects of them. I would challenge any visitor to the store to extract a smile from anybody. They're the only game in town, so no complaints. If somebody else opened up and followed the golden rule, this place would go down and out quickly.

Went to buy a wheelbarrow, but passed on the ones that were left. Rusting and paint faded is not my idea of a quality product for $140 bucks. New store and all is great but how about actually having what is basic needs to be available.

Have been here several times and their inventory is lacking. Most recently went to get a mop and they had a mop head but no handle and no other options. This is a basic homewares item. Disappointed.

Rona Hope,is easily my favorite Rona in BC,yes I know, that's a stretch, but it is true, I recall showing up around halloween 2020, the manger was dressed as the lone ranger, for some reason I thought he was Zorro, but nonetheless, he was able to help me get firewood and gave me a discount on the damaged pellets, always a delightful experience at this Rona, and I'm grateful for the assistance.

Staff is super friendly and will bend over backwards to help. Most of the main construction needs (wood, screws, nail, caulking, basic plumbing, etc) are always in stock but when looking for oddball stuff or tools, you will probably have to head into Chilliwack to find them (check valves, bathroom stalls, etc) as the store is a bit too small to carry everything.

Zero social distancing or limiting number of people in store. Won't be back till this covid19 is over. Edit: not one staff member had a mask on. Staff getting to close to customers, absolutely NO social distancing. You had better check your store if you actually believe what you replied with.

The staff is great. The unfortunate thing is that the store often does not have the item in stock. Also items on sale are not always marked. I try to buy local but it is very frustrating when you call for a specific size item they say it is in stock then drive the 20 some kilometers to purchase the item and itsvthe wrong size.
