This is by far the best pharmacy I have ever visited. Mike and all of the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go so far above and beyond for their clients. And they (especially Mike) have an incredible memory. He recognized and was on a first name basis with us after the first visit! I (and my husband) would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone& everyone.

Pharmacist Mike is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and beyond helpful. All the Staff (at both locations that I am aware of) are super friendly, and they themselves have even told me how great it is working for the family.. I think that in itself speaks volumes.

The Person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, and dismissive. I was lined up outside with patients awaiting pcr testing in the cold beside a dumpster, and the parking lot was littered in testing kits. The person administering the PCR was also quite rude. And showed up wearing a sweatsuit. Not exactly confidence inspiring when receiving a mildly invasive test. The wait time is NOT why you got 1 star.

My Dr has his practice in the same building and for convenience I have been getting my prescriptions filled at McKnights Pharmacy. The staff pharmacists are helpful and considerate. Prescriptions are filled quickly . Having previously dealt with a large chain pharmacy , the difference in personalized assistance and consulatation is far better. The one draw back is that their inventory is limited for over the counter purchases but this aspect is not something that would send me back to the chain store operations. Doug Jackson

Mike at McKnight's is tremendous. My family were just in to get a PCR test as we may have been exposed. So, we want to thank you for getting us in. We felt bad for him as he ordered another shipment due to arrive last week and due to supply chain issues, they are still waiting for them. I hope the customers that had to be turned away can appreciate that these issues are not anyone's fault. It is just the world we live in right now. I would not for one second hesitate to return to this place and we were treated like a million bucks. Thank you, and happy holidays! :)
