I had an unpleasant experience at this pharmacy. I stopped in and ordered a product from a gentleman in the pharmacy department. He was very friendly and affable. The product was due to arrive the next day, so the next day I showed up and requested the product that I ordered. There was a shorter older blond women at the cash and she was incredibly rude. She immediately began to lecture me that the product was not actually available and somehow I should have know that. She was rude and demeaning. The product in question was a single bottle of cough syrup, she lit into me like I was some kind of drug fiend. I wrote into Sobeys to relate my experience but never heard anything back from them. Very unprofessional.
