This pharmacy is really disorganized. It constantly feels understaffed (both In terms of pharmacy staff and general floor managers to process refunds etc). Prescriptions regularly take 30-60 minutes longer than estimated. Today I dropped a prescription off at noon, and said I would pick it up at 5. I returned at 5:35 and was told that the prescription would still be 15 more minutes. The pickup area is also a mess, with several bottlenecks that slow service down. You have to jump back and forth repeatedly between multiple kiosks for them to look up your prescription, and then process payment for the prescription. Additionally the staff don’t have line of sight from their work stations to the pickup area. You have to hover off to the side to be noticed, at which point the staff comes over and start serving the person closest to the desk (ie someone behind you in the line).

Eamon is an excellent cashier. Impeccable manners, very helpful and professional. He should be rewarded for his kindness especially when customer service is lacking in some areas in terms of retail nowadays. Bravo Eamon! You're awesome!

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.Google has the wrong hours of operation for the store. We have tried to correct this many times but Google has not updated the correct hours

I bought from here the first bus ticket for the Halifax transit. The two ladies at the counter were very nice and took the time to answer all my questions about the bus system in Halifax.

Customer service not consistent, they don't always ask for your Air Miles card. Good prices though when go products go on sale.

Although a little cramped and dated, this pharmacy still has a great location near many medical services as well as the shops of Spring Garden Rd. They have quite a lot of home care products like walkers and crutches etc

The delivery notice of the Canada Post has given wrong information about its operating hours. On the notice, it prints that the Halifax Professional Centre Lawtons Drugs #132 is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6:30 pm. It misled me rush to pick up my parcel after work but it was already closed. The wrong information bought customers inconvenience and was highly unacceptable. I am glad that Lawtons took action and wrote the correct hours on the delivery notice. I appreciate that you listen to your customer's feedback.

Incompetent pharmacy. This pharmacy lost my prescription TWICE. I was told my Rx would be on file to refill later and it was just never put into their system.

There's always a hour wait time. Didn't have supplies that were any good .
