I only went here once- I had to put in a prescription and they told me it was going to take about 5 hours to fill, since i didnt live in the area i couldnt wait that long so i had to find another lawtons.

A man needed medicine for his child just now and didn't quite have enough money. The pharmacist said his little girl needs the medicine now and told the dad to pay the rest when he can. Very cool. That's why I come here; amazing service.

It is great having a drug store right below doctors offices and a walk-in clinic but a little frustrating to wait for over an hour to get a prescription filled, especially for those who have already impatient from sitting in a doctors waiting room for a over an hour.

Terrible. I called to confirm their stock of a drug before dropping off my prescription. Dropped it off and was asked to come back in two hours. Arrived when requested and was told the order was not only not ready, but would now not be available until tomorrow. As I was waiting in line I overheard two other customers saying that they had called in their prescriptions over 4 hours prior, and they also weren't ready. Switching to Shoppers down the street.

Customer service from floor staff and staff behind the counter is outstanding. But the service stops there. The management is deplorable. We bought a product and were told by two staff members that we had 30 days to return in unused condition with teceipt. We drove 40 mins to try the wrist brace on my son and it did it fit. We returned the next day. It was unused and we had the receipt. The selling cashier was present and prepared to return the brace. After calling for management to approve the return he declined and said it was against policy despite two staff confirming they told us we had 30 days. One of the more disgusting displays of customer service from Management I’ve ever seen.

Second time ive gone there and they give me a prescription for something i dont have I am pregnant and went in for a pain in my lower stomach they said i tested positive for uti and it turned out to be negative 2 days at 30 dollars later im still in pain I asked her if it was positive for uti and she straight up lied to my face I will never go back unless it is to yell at them

This was an great drug store , before ! However now the new manager is doing things that just don't make sense. And when problems are taken to her most seem to be brushed off. A lot of people have complained an most left because of the way she is with people .

This is our local pharmacy and we love it for so many reasons. They always have really great sales on, and rarely run out of stock. The store is always clean and tidy, and considering that it is on the smaller side (in comparison to others), they have plenty of variety and stock of products. The shining achievement for me in this Lawtons is the pharmacy team. I'm always blown away at how attentive and caring they are, always going above and beyond to make sure people have what they need to stay happy and healthy. We literally never step foot in Shoppers anymore.

Stopped in to get a new prescription filled that was not available at my nearby Medicine Shoppe. The service I got from a young lady named Taylor MacDonald was nothing short of awesome!! I was treated as if I had been their only customer. She was very helpful, answered my many questions and although very busy and had been finished her shift for thirty minutes, even called my regular Pharmacy twice in order to get my health plan information before they closed since I had forgotten my health plan card. Wonderful young lady! What an asset to Lawton's!

Horrible service at the Pharmacy. They filled a prescription for me and did not inform me that they made a switch from the Brand name to the generic name. Went back to speak with them directly at the store after calling in the afternoon and they wouldn't do anything for me. As a paying customer and a patient I should have been informed of the change in the medication before leaving the store instead of finding out once I arrived at home. Lawtons has lost a long time customer as they informed me there was nothing they could do for me because I went home with my prescription thinking it was filled to what my doctor had specifically ordered. In future before leaving any pharmacy with any medication make sure your leaving with what you expected because anyone working for big pharma has no intention of helping you if they are the ones in the wrong.
