They used to be great, but I strongly suggest you find someone else. I have had to troubleshoot prescriptions on four occasions now, where they sent it to my Dr.'s office, didn't hear back, and didn't follow up. I expect my pharmacist to work with me to ensure that I don't run out of a medication, particularly if I give them two or three days to get it refilled. This business don't do that, they blame it on the Dr. and throw their hands in the air. Find another pharmacy, someone that is more interested in your health than these people are.

Probably the worst pharmacy that I have dealt with (as a diabetic who has lived in a few places, I've been to many!). When I get prescriptions anywhere else, it's fast and it works. Here I have to explain my prescriptions, don't always get when I asked for, and am not treated in a friendly manner. I was even given the wrong prescription on one occasion. There are enough pharmacies that you should look elsewhere.

I have been a customer/friend to all of the kindest staff at this pharmacy for them last 5 years roughly& I never have to worry because the pharmacist call always predict what I need & when I am literally in & out under 3 minutes easy however I like talking to the amazing staff. I go there every Tuesday and whenever I need anything its done ASAP I am not just another # in a big pharmacy where the pharmacist doesn't even know my meds of the top of their head however the pharmacist at Royal City Pharmacy knows all of my medications off the top of his head and I feel like part of the family not just a customer. Also, this pharmacy has an excellent selection of herbal remedies I hope that you will give them a chance to make your life easier ????????????????????????????❤
