My pharmacy of choice for years. They have excellent service which includes delivery, pharmacists are invested in your wellbeing, and the owner is a true gem of a human being. They have gone above and beyond for me on a number of occasions. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Even after I moved 30 minutes away from Guelph I still drove to Guelph specifically for this pharmacy, that's how good their service is.

VERY long wait. Was told 10-15 min wait, I was there on a lunch break it took them close to 40 mins. They seemed very disorganized and I heard the staff put another staff member down right in front of customers. I was only waiting for 1 item and other people who came in after me with a new prescription, somehow got their prescriptions before me. Not going back to this pharmacy,

Born and raised in Woodstock, I moved to Midland to do radio show on CKMP. That was 60 years ago... 50 days ago my wife Nell and I moved closer with be with my kid sister, husband et al. They resided at Arbour Trails and we fell in love with Aisla Craig condo suites. One of our first stops was Prime Care....wow what a wonderful experience, friendly, professional, caring, happy staff....they even deliver. If Guelph is as friendly as Pure Care is, we made the right decision to move to Royal City....any complaints you have about Pure Care you will have to deal with us first....tee hee......folks there treat you like family friends....seems to me the red carpet is always out......wish we had shares in this great people first business.
