I appreciate the personal service - they're always one step ahead and trying to make the patient experience very easy. Transferring in from Shopper's was very easy - and the difference in level of service was noticeable immediately. Proactive and professional pharmacy staff that you don't find at the bigger chains.

We have been using this Pharmacy for over a year. The staff here are remarkable. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to help us on a number of occasions and generally care about us as patients.Their hours are also much longer compared to some of the other compounding pharmacies locally.

This place has been my go to for my family for years and I never want to stop coming here. Always very kind and quick! There is a pharmacist, or owner sorry if I'm incorrect, I think his name is Ahmed (I'm awful with names I'm sorry if that's incorrect) and he is always extremely kind. I came in once to pick up my birth control and in conversation mentioned to him I was having some stomach issues. THREE MONTHS later I come in for my birth control again and he remembered I was having tummy issues and asked if it was resolved! What a memory and so nice. He always checks on me and asks how I'm doing when I come in, even recognized my voice on the phone when I called to ask about a prescription being filled and cut right to the chase! Love this place :) Would give 6 stars if I could!

The Pharmacists and Staff at this location are absolutely delightful! In this age of the super-store with pharmacies as just another department among many - this independent pharmacy is a breath of fresh air in that it is "just" a pharmacy. You phone them and a real person, often the Pharmacist themself, answers your call and can quickly handle any request or question. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, accessible, SERVICE - not something you find in many places these days. Thank you Pharmasave Staff :)

I couldn't be happier with this Pharmacy. The Staff are all excellent and it is a Pharmacy - not a huge marketplace for all kinds of goods, with a prescription counter tucked away at the back, forcing customers through aisles and aisles of other non-medical stuff for sale. Courteous, polite and prepared, efficient and thorough. A delight to visit and/or phone into, always helpful.

Have had an amazing experience with this pharmacy and plan to use them from here on. Had a compound prescription that was promised same day and done! Pharmacist called and explained the dosing and even checked the dose was correct. No way I will switch now. Thank you for the personal service. More businesses like this are needed.

I was sign up online for Pfizer vaccine last week and they sent me some online form to approve my appointment and to confirm vaccine type which I want to have yesterday. Then I went there for Pfizer vaccine, but one of a pharmasist(she),brought me Moderna and I told her I need Pfizer. Then she left a vaccine room and came back after minutes to give me a vaccine. My vaccine certificate that she gave me after I vaccined said Moderna. Is this fair????? Why ???

After being lied to and ignored at several Shoppers Drug Marts we found this pharmacy and are thrilled with the staff, the service and the prices. We highly recommend these guys.
