Mike at IDA is genuinely compassionate, and down to earth. He's effective at his job, and also caring about his customers. We popped into the new IDA one day while waiting for our pizza. After a brief conversation with Mike we knew this was the pharmacist for us. Our family highly recommends him, and this IDA. I just wish more companies followed their lead and were as customer-centric as he is. Thanks for being awesome, Mike. We can't imagine going anywhere else.

Mike is very nice man ..but slow ...and has become inconvenient...he says one time then another.long waits for methadone drs....... Nice clean place ....but ..being a patient feels like a burden.....it's stressing.. there's others that are much faster.....20 minutes max. This place 1-3 hours

Don't go here for much needed supplies such as hand sanitizer and masks! Prices are inflated and are continuing to increase. Just heard Doug Ford on the news, shaming those that are gouging the public.

Unable to get a particular drug at any of the local drug stores in Guelph, I happened to be in for an appointment with one of the doctors that were previously attached to the I Care Pharmacy. On my way out, I asked the pharmacist whether he carried the particular item I had been scouring Guelph for and he politely said that although he didn’t currently have what I needed, as long as I obtained a doctor’s prescription, he would be able to source the item. Fast forward 2 weeks and I FINALLY had the much needed, long awaited medication. I Care has continued to be my pharmacy since that time and the pharmacist knowledgeably offers any advice I’ve needed. He remembers details we’ve discussed in the past, is extremely personable, accommodating, and professional. Highly recommended!

Best pharmacy in Guelph .knows me by name and is super professional . I definitely recommend him highly. And I'm super picky . I have been to many pharmacies. Big box stores treat u like a customer but with Mike he treats you like a person and actually care .:) I got my friend to switch and she was very happy as well . And trust me I pretty much have problems with all the pharmacys I have delt with . If you treat me good I'm a loyal customer 4 life ;) also many of the big pharmaceutics are charging $20 just two get a refill from your doctor ????

Mike's very friendly and is always quick with my prescriptions. If he doesn't have what I need in stock he always gets it for me the next day. Every visit has always been easy and has been a great experience.

I just want to add this guy is above and beyond what I would expect from a pharmacist. Whole fam just got flu shot and he was exceptional with our 6 and 9 year olds.

I was a patient of Dr. Ben's which is attached to the pharmacy. Late in my pregnancy, I was extremely sick and was only getting a few hours of sleep a night and was prescribed something to help me sleep. I got my prescription filled with the man that works there (Mike??) and he told me to take a chocolate bar for free. This was about 2.5 years ago, and I have never forgot about it. Although it probably seems like such a small gesture to most, it is something I often think back on. It truly made my day despite the circumstances. Thank you for your friendly smile and actually caring about the people that walk through your door.
